I wish it would give me the ability to give 0 stars. Jonah is a crook. We lived in a townhouse for 1 year. Being prior military I know how to clean, and keep things straight. After we moved we were informed that he had to spend 2000 dollars to to get back to where they like it. Charged us for paint (even though we did not hang a single thing on the walls) charged us for cleaning even though it was thoroughly cleaned before we moved. We had a dog in which we paid a deposit for and everything. Now she chewed on a corner of the stairs, i understood we had to pay for that but when i called him, he said it took over 1000 dollars to carpet the stairs....ALL 8 OF THEM. He is a crook, he is NOT fair to the cutomers. His places are sub par when you move in then charges you when you move out. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM EVER, HE WILL SCREW YOU OVER TIME AND TIME AGAIN.
