Very nice hotel, clean, large and beautiful area, excellent sandy beach, clear water. Due to the bay there are no strong waves. Suitable for those who want to enjoy swimming, and not contemplation of the underwater world. There are no corals, but beautiful fish swim. So for inexperienced viewers and children it is quite suitable

The complex must be renovated. No WLAN . Food is monotonous. Almost every day the same. Staff is very nice and friendly

The rooms need renovation, the food was bad in taste any varity, no snacks although my package was all inclusive, the beach is not organized well, but the staff was very nice, helpful and polite

i have visited the hotel, personnel are so friendly, the swimming pool is clean, but only two slides, the beach view is amazing with wonderful sea. rooms are of average quality.

I have just returned from a vacation and I confirm the structure dated but top for the position, the beach is very beautiful however the village with nice staff, unfortunately unfortunately full of rude and arrogant Ukrainian peasants, I think they ruin is distancing customers.

There are no double or king size beds, all are single ones. Not suitable for newly weds.
Suitable for families and friends.
Food and restaurant hygiene is excellent with variety of foods and drinks.
Swimming Pool is exciting and hijab women swimsuits are allowable.
Limitations over the extra water bottles in the rooms. Extra fees for private orders in rooms regarding foods and drinks.
Over all the resort is very good for families and kids will enjoy their residency.

The hotel is simply magnificent. You will really like it there. Belt, food, service, pool, spa, and of course the rooms - all at the highest level!

Good hotel for Sharm el Sheikh. Housekeeping very good. Unfortunately, smoking is still allowed absolutely everywhere. The many Russian guests are often drunk late at night and very noisy. It is not uncommon to wake up at 2 o'clock in the morning. Breakfast with smoky taste is now rather getting used to. Unfortunately I can not recommend it anymore.

Clean hotel, amazing service, amazing buffet, although your room might be too far from the beach but you can ask the reception for a golf cart to take you over to the beach.

the best thing is that you can walk less than 5mins to the tourist road which has every thing there, restaurants and stores, not the best but still good

I recommend! Were in the first week of February 2019. Satisfied with the beach, clear sea, beautiful fish, staff, meals, a pool of water-colors, a gym, a sauna. Everything is great! The only thing is that the rooms are not new, they need to be repaired. However, mattresses, bed linen - clean, comfortable. Hot water is always available, the hair dryer is working. Sanitary engineering, in addition to the shower cubicle, is new. Principle all liked it. The room was cleaned daily. Even the tips have not always been left. Drinking water was 1.5 liters daily, as well as tea, coffee, sugar. There are no slippers, bathrobes in the room. Therefore, at least sneakers should be brought from home. We did it. Shampoo, too, took with me, from Ukraine. Very nice to be near the Naama Bay Hotel. You live not just in the desert, but near various shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

The hotel is experiencing not the best of times: no renovated rooms, long-standing curtains, not trained staff, beach with flies. I did not like it.

Food in the hotel is not delicious. Same every day, no choice. Hygiene in the kitchen? A foreign word.
My room was not cleaned daily. After call to the reception my request was not resolved. My safe was broken for 7 days (reason Baterie empty) After 4 calls at the front desk, I found. The safe was not repaired until my departure!
The hotel is only Russians. Staff speaks partly only Russian, no English !!

The territory is large, but not for families with children.

Great stay for adults and children! Large territory, sandy beach, swimming pools, animators, a children's center. Great location: near market, supermarket.

The hotel is pretty simple and old fashioned. Food is resonable, however the community (some Egyptians) dont respect the guest code.

For Ukrainians and Belarus, the hotel is not at all suitable, the attitude and attention of the staff here only to Arabs, Slavic people are paid attention to the latter ...

The choice of food for small children is small and there is not enough space on the beach because of those who like to throw a towel and dump in the room for half a day, but everything is compensated by the attitude of the people working here. Everything is very polite and friendly.

Outside looks great and close to the beach and with a large beach area. Unfortunately, it wasn't.

A beautiful resort and privileged location in Sharm El Sheikh's Naama Bay

Special Experience The hotel's location is great in the heart of Naama Bay and close to Genina City .. Good sandy beach. Rooms are spacious. I would recommend not to book in the sports area too far from the beach and the restaurant. The overall rating is very good for the price.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Hotel for 5 stars does not pull.
Meals scanty. Guides are not punctual. Animation only one name. In Turkey, the hotel is 3 times steeper.
