Johnson & Johnson Ireland Review

I am writing to express my absolute disappointment at the downgrading of Johnson's 100% pure cotton buds. The name in itself has always meant quality to me and my family as far back as I can remember. My issue is that you advertise a 100% quality product, but in fact you are now selling us an inferior product, which I consider extremely unsatisfactory to attempt to use - you might as well attach cotton buds to an elastic band.. There are so many other things in life we can no longer depend on would you please give us back quality and restore our trust in you

I wish to complain about your Johnson & Johnson cotton buds,the are not the same quality.The plastic stick used to be blue but it is now white and bends very easily.I always buy Johnson & Johnson because of their quality.I purpously dont buy the cheap ones because of poor quality. It seems like the cheap buds are been put into your containers and sold as your brand.

Please let me have your comments on this matter.

I would like to share like many other reviewers my disappointment with the latest quality of the Johnston & Johnston 100% Cotton Buds. I have always used them in the past and felt the 'cheaper' brands were never up to the standard of J&J. Now it appears they are on par.I hope these customer reviews are read and passed on to the necessary people who make the important decisions and return 'Back' to the quality we have become accustomed to with this leading brand leader.
