Our experience shopping here was great! Jody was so helpful. When my couch and chair came, there was a defect in the chair, but I didn't say anything. I am not the type to complain. Three months after we gor our new furniture, the chair was pilling on the arms and in front. I called and spoke to them and they said that's normal. Excuse me. It might be normal for you, but this chair is poor quality. He said that the next time they were in this area, they would pick it up and SHAVE it.

If I had wanted poor quality furniture that I was going to have to shave, I would have gone to a cheapy furniture store. I spoke to him (I think Steve) on June 6. I have not heard from anyone at all. I know they have been in this area. I would be careful when purchasing furniture here

Free Delivery to just about anywhere. Can't beat their prices. Quality merchandise. They have been around a very long time. Folks will drive an hour + sometimes. That is pretty intense customer loyalty. I'm new in town but instantly felt "at home" with the staff.

First time visiting Johnson Furniture - we were referred by some good friends. We were looking for something to go in the LR. They had a great selection of quality pieces that were priced fairly. And, to top it off, they offer free delivery. The 2 guys that delivered the furniture did a great job protecting it from the rain. I would definitely recommend Johnson Furniture to anyone looking for quality furniture at fair prices. Did I mention they offer free delivery?

This was our first time in this store. We were very impressed with their selections of furniture. They have wide selection of all types of home furnishings.
Unfortunately, they didn't have what we wanted right then. The older gentleman was extremely helpful and willing to show us around and answer questions for us. We really liked the way he worked with us. He is one of the main reasons we'll be going back.

Business took us to the Eclectic store. Selection was excellent, prices surprisingly reasonable with free delivery over 70 miles away tomorrow! A better place for furniture with a nicer staff will be extremely hard to find, if you could. I doubt it. They are highly recommended!

I have never written a review before but I was so impressed with this store and the kind kind people that work there that I had to write a review. it is a long story but I made a mistake when ordering and they went overboard to correct things and make sure I was taken care of!! I will shop there again for sure.Thank you Keith family!!!!!!!

would leave no stars if I could - buyer beware - ordered recliner ,sofa ,decorative chair, ottoman, sofa and 2 tables in august. paid half- to pay other half when everything delivered. over the course of 7 months - received wrong chair- damaged oil stained pillows for sofa (3 months after getting sofa that took 4 months to get) - and still have not received one of the tables. Know the pandemic slowed down things- but phone calls for questions always answered with I will get back with you and never followed up. FInally just paid off what was owed - and will never use this company again.

I spent over $11,000.00 on new furniture and rugs from Johnsons furniture and every piece has some type of melted spot or blemish, there's even a melted hand print in my dresser that you couldn't see from the showroom but only at an angle from regular lights . There furniture man came and made many many pictures to show "FRANK"...they do NOT stand behind their furniture and will not correct anything after all the money I spent. The furniture is evidently low quality that appears with name brands like Paul Deen and Largo. FRANK..wont even call me back after attempts to contact him fro months on end. ...SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE OR YOU WILL BE TRULY SORRY THAT AN INVESTMENT FOR YEARS TO COME, WONT EVEN LAST A YEAR! VERY ANGRY AT THEIR DISRESPECT AND LOW QUALITY and ..especially that they refuse to even answer the phone or return your recalls, I've heard EVERY EXCUSE, then finally Jody said well we aren't going to do anything..sorry.. I am very embarrassed that I was made a fool of thinking I was paying for quality furniture, but got low quality and NO service after the sale.

They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service! So friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased a new home and needed furniture for almost every room. They helped me with every decision - the type of furniture that would work best in each space, the style that would look best with my house's aesthetic, what size would fit in the space and be proportionate to scale, what fabric options would coordinate, etc. Details I would have never been able to decide on without their help. I couldn't be happier with my furniture and my overall experience. I live in Birmingham and it was well worth the drive for the service as well as the prices. And delivery was free! I've already referred family and friends!

This is an awesome family owned furniture store. The staff is extremely personable and very helpful with your shopping needs. The furniture selections are top quality as well as affordable. They have an amazing selection of furniture to select from and will even custom order for you. Very impressed!

We ordered a $4000 couch. We tried it out in the store and it was great. What was shipped to our home was something cheap and no where close to what we picked out in the store. 2 lessons learned here. Never have things delivered from dishonest companies and do not shop here again.

High prices, understandable for local private store tho'...not much in helping unless they can sell it using your credit....high end in a low class location
