I spent over $11,000.00 on new furniture and rugs ...

I spent over $11,000.00 on new furniture and rugs from Johnsons furniture and every piece has some type of melted spot or blemish, there's even a melted hand print in my dresser that you couldn't see from the showroom but only at an angle from regular lights . There furniture man came and made many many pictures to show "FRANK"...they do NOT stand behind their furniture and will not correct anything after all the money I spent. The furniture is evidently low quality that appears with name brands like Paul Deen and Largo. FRANK..wont even call me back after attempts to contact him fro months on end. ...SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE OR YOU WILL BE TRULY SORRY THAT AN INVESTMENT FOR YEARS TO COME, WONT EVEN LAST A YEAR! VERY ANGRY AT THEIR DISRESPECT AND LOW QUALITY and ..especially that they refuse to even answer the phone or return your recalls, I've heard EVERY EXCUSE, then finally Jody said well we aren't going to do anything..sorry.. I am very embarrassed that I was made a fool of thinking I was paying for quality furniture, but got low quality and NO service after the sale.
