The most disgusting disgraceful emergency room experience ever! I m beyond embarrassed of this city my parents grew up in. This is sad. This emergency room is dangerous, unorganized, dirty. Been here for 6 hours and counting. I already lost my mother here due to infection from getting surgery here. Regretting bringing my wife here right now. This is more like a holding cell in a prison, third world country. Never again

Waited 8 hours in the emergency room... only to see a resident and receive eye drops that didn't work.

Bad people, using animals in experiments of all kinds, shame on you

Great university with a reputation to boot definitely. But the tuition fees and living costs of Baltimore is definitely not student friendly. To add to the problem, the university does not offer any kind of scholarship options for international students, some departments have options for tuition waivers for Masters students if they have completed their course requirements within the first two semesters. Most of the departments work on projects more related to biomedical topics, due to the overwhelming influence of JHU School of Medicine. I am surprised that Hopkins maintains such a high ranking in Engineering, as far as my experience goes the university does not have sufficient depth or rigor in engineering. The university does not do much for helping the graduate students with jobs, the JHU Career Network is of limited use and loads the job directory with computer or finance related job listings only and that too, meant only for US citizens or permanent residents. I like the impact of the university on my resume, but I had a difficult time here largely due to the financial burden.

Had a truly exceptional experience here as a graduate student. The intellectual atmosphere is so rich, and Baltimore is a cultural wonderland. The campus is beautiful too, especially when covered with a fresh blanket of snow!

The head shrink when I was a patient in May.1999 and the Elaborate security measures Myer and other Medical floors employ is nothing short of creepy.

Cleanliness is next to godliness and they uphold the motto everyday since the facility was erected. In a mix of buildings and gardens, their faculties are a haven of studies and research. At Johns Hopkins you obtain a degree that opens all the doors to a successful career.

The John Hopkins University is one of the best research universities in the United States. It has a very strong program in German and Romance Languages. The Chair of this department is Dr William E Egginton, PhD, Spanish Literature Professor, publisher, and philosopher. Dr Egginton is in his 40is now. He graduated summa cum laude from Darthmouth College with a BA degree. Then, he pursued a master's degree at the University of Minnesota. There, he was a teaching assistant in Spanish. For his doctoral degree in Comparative Literature Dr Egginton was admitted to a very prestigious university in California: Stanford University. He is a writer: he has published many articles and books regarding Borges, philosophy books, and he has lectured many times abroad in Germany, Austria, and France. He speaks 7 languages, has reading knowledge of Latin, and is proficient in Portugies. He is a husband and a father. He is modest and humble man. His resume is 19 page long. He is God's miracle.

A world renowned university and medical system on a beautiful campus that is always clean and well maintained. The campus both the university and medical campus are situated in areas where petty crime can be an issue so always be vigilant but the university has extensive campus security and campus police on patrol. It's such a great campus and a great place to work or learn.

They did a great job for us and provided us with information about our issues no one else in the country could provide. World class people and nice facilities.

I like this university. My daughter Happupuc will go there

Wow, what can I say. Four incredible years here in ways both good and bad, but mostly good. Wouldn't trade it for the world though. Forever a blue jay...gooo HOP!

I like the way that they remodel the emergency room at the hospital staff was very polite and helpful so was the Doctors

As a student, I studied a dual undergraduate program at JHU and another university, which prepared me for an extraordinary life journey.

We went there in the Easter weekends when not many people were on campus.

I recently moved to St. Petersburg fl from Spring Hill. My daughter is 2 and our first expirence unfortunately was when we were transported to all children's at 2 weeks old with a minor stomach virus. Recently I needed to find a doctor here closer to home where I was comfortable to take my daughter knowing her care was the main importance and didn't hesitate when choosing John hopkins. Her appointment was on Halloween and upon arriving we were greeted with friendly faces from the janitors to the nurses and even other patients and their families. The whole facility is wonderful from beginning to end there isn't a doubt in my mind that my daughters health wouldn't be taken seriously. I'm overjoyed with the amount of care and support we get every visit. Thank you guys for being heros without needing the credit. It's a blessing in disguise specially to those children who require more attention and devotion than just a simple hi and bye! I'd recommend this facility for every parent looking to fill the pediatric doctor void. A plus !!!

I think it is ridiculous the experimentation and cruel purposes this university is allowing their facility to do in the basement of the university. Not only is it unethical but cruel and unjust. Not only is it ridiculously expensive to go here but the students are paying for owls to be executed painfully on purpose for the sick pleasure of their faculity.

The doctors are very rude, this lady who probably works her ass off took a bite of food in the elevator as it seemed she was rushing to go somewhere. This old, bitter, male doctor said, "you have no manners". How rude of him. This lady looked very professional and a hard working independent women. I didn't appreciate how he talked to one of his fellow employees, it was unprofessional. This poor lady just took it and didn't respond. At least she was the bigger person because I would have cuss him out.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a hospital. The wait was unbelievable, no one has came out to apologize for the long wait. As a person who works in the healthcare field patient care should be top priority. It should not take 5 hours to get results from xrays that I was told at 8 pm it was a matter of speaking to a Doctor or PA.

Victim of modern university economic culture. This institution is little more than a front for financial services schemes and book scams.

My Graduate school and I am so proud of it! School of beautiful sceneries and nice people.

Don't even consider working here if you work in Information Systems. Their employees are underpaid and treated like second class citizens as opposed to valuable assets, co-workers or even humans.

Junior at JHU. Excellent university, the teaching itself is top notch and class sizes are fairly small. In terms of the campus, the library is a great place to study and socialize with friends. In addition, I really like how small the campus is. It makes it super easy to walk from one class to the next and I m never late to class. I gave JHU four stars instead of five for one reason only and that is exercise/athletics. The gym was open my first two years here but it is very small and has very little weight training equipment. Not only that but 2020-2022 my junior and senior year the rec center is closed for construction (expanding the gym facilities). Additionally, JHU lacks a proper outdoor track. But other than that JHU is absolutely fantastic.

An excellent university but it's the people that you meet here who will make your experience worth it.

My husband went for an MRI. It cost us a fortune by ambulance. They could not get any images done. All blurred. Complaining that this poor man was switching. I guess they never heard of collars and restrains. A total waste of time. Do not go

Professional and friendly service each and every time. The residents and medical professionals are always a welcome in my life cause I know that I am in the best of hands that care about me.

This review is on Dr A. Chhatre who is my Pain Management Doctor.I have been a patient of Dr. Chhatre for close to 3 years now,upon receiving treatment which is about every 3 to 4 weeks He actually puts me out of pain with epidurals so gently i need not be put to sleep.Dr Chhatre is a warm and caring Doctor ,whom i travel 3 hours on public transportation just to see him. As his patient i highly recommend that anyone that is looking for a Pain Management Doctor you will not be sorry by setting up your firsr appt. with Dr.Chhatre.

I can only vouch for the biology cmdb program, and it is nothing short of stellar in every way possible! Top notch education combined with great grad student support.
