When we have to go to Chicago we always make a planned stop at Butera Grocery to buy Bobak Polish sausage. We don't get it downstate so we make certain we have a sufficient amount to tide us over till our next trip. The Polish is outstanding. No other way to describe it.

My father helped him to do electrical work when Frank Bobak first started in business. That would be around 1966 or 1967 era. Can't really remember because I was a little kid about 5 or 6 years old But to this day if I can find it l would definitely buy it. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK STANDLEY.
