I wish guardians were paid for by Medicare or something like CNS, and I wish guardians treated people better. I had a hard time with this guardian, and I'm glad I won my case. They were nice to me at the end. If you don't like your guardians, file to terminate, it's free. Say you can take care of yourself and you don't need guardians, ONLY.

John Yun is a rip-off artist who allows his staff to abuse the people he is supposed to protect. My mom was taken from a safe apartment and dumped in a shoddy group home because she was having paranoid delusions. These delusions are nothing new, in fact they are the reason she got a guardian in the first place. Instead of professional medical advice, the decision was made by an under educated errand girl named Shelly. Shelly is an abusive egotist whose cruelty flourishes in the John Yun corporate environment. She took personal offense at my mentally ill mom's behavior, and decided to punish the 71 year old grandmother by destroying her life. Shelly's manager is another liar named Tracey, who refuses to return any phone-calls despite multiple promises. She acts as a barrier between Yun and the constant complaints, allowing Yun to concentrate on legal fraud. Do not entrust you loved ones to John Yun. We don't have the resources to take him to court right now, so his abuse continues. But here in the court of public opinion, everyone is equal. That's why I wrote this review. John Yun admitted on the phone the he had no medical basis to force my mom from her home. He said his employees have no training on how to deal with mentally ill people. He only visits his clients 4 times a year, and charges them at least $100 an hour to do so. John Yun is a criminal conman, pure and simple.

These folks are absolute scumbags. Avoid them at all costs unless you want your loved ones drugged up and bankrupt. They are greedy, awful, and incredibly rude.

Horrible. John Yun does not return phone calls, and refers the most important and urgent matters to his legal assistant, who is never in the office and you receive voice mails and play phone tag.

he's supposedly in charge of my husband. but they will not let him come live with me they are illegally keeping my husband away from me. I want my husband.

They are terrible and all they want is money! From my experience, they misadvise their clients which cases a lot of hurt and financial distress to the patient and family members. Check the State of Michigan Attorney Generals cases! #horrible #badfirm

This guardian is horrible. They do absolutely nothing and then make excuse after excuse about why nothing is being done. I appreciate that their busy but they are not working in the best interest of their clients.

APPOINTED! Hopefully he gets charged with false swearing and subordinating welfare fraud. Claimed I was disabled and provided $400/4 mths while he billed over 50k and placed a lien on my home.

Horrible to the elderly. They just want the money. Run fast. They have 600 cases and care for no one. Just your money

John Yun is a liar, that abuses people to fill his own pockets. Macomb Oakland Regional Center, and Judge Kathleen Ryan, are accomplices. They stole my disabled adult son, at age 21, for money in their 'homes'. John Yun has stolen many disabled folks from their families. I've contacted every news station about him, with nothing but turned heads. If we all stand our ground against John Yun, and go forth with the evidence against him, we can get justice. This man is so cruel and treats me and my family like we live in a dog house , he treats my mentally and physically handicap brother like hes an animal .. stealing his money lying to the courts .. he needs to ne shut down and we need justice!

Should have trusted the previous reviews. Even asked him about them ... just people who didn't like what he had to do as a guardian. My situation was not about a guardian, yet he nor his partner Elizabeth did any of the work hired to do, didn't meet deadline, didn't return calls or emails except once to make another failed promise. No explanation, just nothing! Extraordinarily poor customer service.

Hes supposed to be gardian for a Friend. She hardly ever gets return calls. Never got any support. She's hungry and sleeps all the time in total poverty

Rip Off Artist Alert! I have no doubt John Yun will end up incarcerated at some point. He cares nothing about the people he s suppossedly protecting. It s all about getting paid! Lining his and his inner circles pockets with clients hard earned money. Don t walk, Run!

Total corruption and crooked crook in our experience. Negligent in guardianship and absolutely absurd charges. Will take whatever you have in my opinion. Go elsewhere, run.

This man is a predator. He steals money from incompacitated people, makes terrible business decisions and does not care at all about his "clients" and what he is doing to them. He is totally about the money. This whole firm should be disbarred due to lack of any type of ethics.
