Ordered pickup. Large vegetarian. It was loaded with veggies and you can taste the freshness of their ingredients. Would 100% come back. I wish we sat down to eat, looks like a fun place to eat with friendly staff.

The pizza is average...suspect it's a commercial base product. It was fine, but $70 for 2 pizzas is outrageous. The cocktails ordered next door, 3 margaritas, were $48 and we agreed the worst we ever had, and we drink these everywhere. It tasted as if made with mello yello...really.

Good pizza, pretty quick considering the place was packed. Will definately visit agsin on our next visit to Mammoth.

Good pizza, not a great menu selection, seems more like bar food. Always seems busy, not much of a wait for food though. One of the few quick places to eat in Mammoth.

Good pizza, great employees. For me the crust could be a little thinner. We had a wedge salad, pepperoni pizza, and a margarita pizza. Everything was cooked perfectly, the pizzas had a good flavor, not the best, and the salad was also good. All the flavors were common nothing over the top. If you go, there is a rule we didn't know about, you can't take your food into the bar. If you want to eat your pizza in the bar you need to order it there. If you want to bring your drink from the bar to the restaurant, that's alright. My suggestion is to order your pizza from the bar, no line to wait in. Ownership is very engaged in their business quality, thank you for the feedback, one more star.

The Spaghetti was plain with no flavor. Very disappointed I didn't even eat it. Fries very salty and the wings were really good.

Great food, reasonably priced.Open late. Close to the centre of town. Depending on the time of day parking might be a challenge. Wings and pizza are really good. Great experience overall

Did a four week-road trip through the states and this was the worst place I visited. Bad service, bold and unfriendly service, slightly overpriced. Food is okay though, everything else not worth a visit.

A lot of drunk people who can't handle their alcohol. Not a family place at all, unless you like hearing drunk people cursing and being rowdy.

John's Pizza Works usually has a good crowd. Sometimes the "seat yourself" concept makes it feel like a zoo because it does get so crowded, but it works out eventually. The staff are busy but have always been friendly and willing to help any situation. We really like the food, and my wife says that they make the best bbq chicken pizza she's ever had (she contributes that to the herbed crust, chicken thigh meat, and salty cheese with a good bite). This place has become one of our regular stops, despite the craziness of it all.

This place was horrible. We came here to watch the football game and had a table in front of the TV. As we are watching the game, someone asked for the channel to be changed. I explained to her that we were already watching the game and not to change it. Her response was " oh well, they asked me to change it " I told her that we were already there watching the game and if they changed it we would leave. Needless to say we had to leave and will never go back.

Our food was delicious. We ate outside on the patio because the weather was nice. The inside has a sour/mildew smell and it was hot.

I ate the nasty chicken BBQ pizza and got the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. It caused me to miss a 5foot powder day. Do not eat here if you want to snowboard tomorrow. Would give no stars if possible.

Honestly the staff are super unprofessional. Which is bad if you work in a customer service field. I felt like the cashier was rude and talked to with unprofessional comments. If you love pizza just go to domino's because covid 19 isnt token serious here. The pizza was served cold and it was not worth $30.

Got a 9" with pepperoni and Italian sausage. The sausage was exceptional, crust is top notch. Overall a fantastic pizza at a good price. We got the antipasto and it was good, however, I feel like the $14 price tag was a few dollars over what I would value it at.

Friendly service and a good atmosphere with clean tables. There is an open doorway to the bar next door if you're in the mood for drinks.

Good group of people. Food very satisfying. Nice as atmosphere.... cozy. Good for kid, small arcade in restaurant. Bunch of TVs to keep up on sports an stuff.

Horrible customer service. Place is being ran by teenagers who don t respect the customer. Do yourself a favor and go to giovanni s better food and better service at about the same price if not cheaper.

OMG the pizza is so good! Just saw this passing through town and, for some reason, we just had to stop. Some of the best pizza I,ve ever had! They have a nice covered area that is exposed to the outside, which, in this area is perfect because of the climate, well at least in the summer.

This place is awesome! Friend my staff that is very responsive with a friendly attitude. The food is good too! Good Music always is a nice cherry on top. A few TVs tuned to sports.

This is a great place to take your family. They can even make a pizza for what you want or you can choose from the buffet line and they have salads and some desserts. They have a few rides there for the kids but it s not an amusement park

EVERY damn trip to Mammoth lakes and I have to get John's pizza at least once. I don't know what it is but I've been here far too many times than I can count. Really awesome pizza place, especially after a long hike or backpacking trip that tires you out completely.

We hit this pizza joint every year, when we take our annual Silverlake fishing trip. Best pizza by far, be prepared to cheat on your diet.

Picked up mediocre pizza, salad and chicken tenders. Two chicken tenders with soggy fries and not even ketchup on the side. Worst takeout ever.

Highly recommended, if you go to mamooth you should eat here

They lost my ticket, after the waitress notified me it still took a long time to get my order. I finally had to get it to go. I waited an hour for a warm sandwich and onion rings. The waitress said it happens frequently. I was only given a 10% discount. I finally left a 9:45 pm

Pizza is really good. Too pricey though. They need better deals on pizza and beer. Everything tastes great though.

Very nice place. Highly recommended. Good drinks at Bar. Bartender Chris customize some drinks for us. Whatever we ordered was of right taste n well cooked.

Great service. Pizza was delicious. Meat lovers and Supreme.. Wings were pretty satisfying too. Bloody Mary was made to perfection.. Asked for spicy received spicy... I will be going back.. Plenty of good items on the menu.

Ordered pepperoni with jalapeno pizza to go. Ate by the twin lakes. Wonderful experience. Pizza was nice and the two girls serving were friendly.

After a long day dealing with RV issues, stopped here for dinner and drinks. So glad we picked this place! The pizza and margaritas were great and our server Brynna was amazing. Her section was super busy but she still hit all her tables regularly and made sure we were were well taken care of and were enjoying our meal.

Big serving. I liked the soup that came with the Chicken Alfredo Pasta. Unfortunately, wasn't able to eat everything because of the big servings. They call your number out to get your order from the counter but sometimes you can't hear them well. They had to call my number 3x because I thought they were calling out another number. The waitress doing the clearing up kept on banging the chairs which was not pleasant to the ears.

This place rocks my socks! Best wings on the mountain. Pizza is amazing! I would give 10 stars if I could!

The Pizza and wings was good, the spaghetti was awfull, meatballs i think, they are from microwave. Just look at them.

My favorite place to eat in Mammoth ski resort area. Always good atmosphere with plenty of patrons.

Cool spot with a bar and restaraunts combined. Tons of space and seating. Big tv's and lots of them. Decent food. Good vibes. The beer selection could be better.

Best veggie pizza I have ever had! Very flavorful. The staff is friendly and is a good place to bring kids.

Great pizza, wings, pasta, you name it. Wait is average for a pizza place so not bad at all. Directly next to a bar with shuffleboard, a pool table and plenty of tvs for sports.

Super yummy. So glad they were open late. I wish their ice cream was open.

Good pizza.. we tried three different pizzas and they were all good. The crust was a bit thick for our liking. I'm not sure if they have extra thin crust but I would ask for it next time.

The owner replied to my original review saying I should tell them my personal preferences next time. Well, I went back a few weeks later and tried ordering extra thin crust and the hostess told me they only have one type of crust. I told her the owner had replied to my review and she laughed and said they only have one type of crust.

One of my favorite places in Mammoth to catch a game on big screen, get wings and beer and waste the night away... Note that happy hour works only at the bar, restaurant employees won't tell you until you've already ordered...

Its not a good place for vegetarian person. Place is very crowded and finding parking at peak hours is very difficult. We tried their veggie pizza they have put too much of tomatoes which made it very watery.

Overall, a great spot to eat in Mammoth. We ordered food for 7 people. We ordered a large cesar salad, 40 wings, two large pizzas, a hot Italian sub, and garlic bread sticks. I must say, it was plenty of food with left overs all around. However, the pizza will be great for breakfast. The heavy hitters were the wings and pizza. We got 20 motsu style wings, 10 mild, and 10 hot wings. The motsu wings are a must have, after all, that's how I found out about this place. The motsu sauce is almost like an orange chicken sauce on a wing. You can't not like them, mark my word. The pizza is also great. We ordered a barbeque chicken pizza and made one of our own. The barbeque chicken is delicious, however, their crust is slightly lacking in the moisture department. I did not try the Italian sub but it looked fantastic. Everything else we got was as expected but all of it was good. We will definitely be coming back, especially for the motsu wings. All in all, a great little spot to eat in Mammoth.

This is our favorite place to stop whenever we are in Mammoth! Best pizza ever! We havent had anything that wasnt delicious there! Great service too! It's always a little busy but it's always worth it. Usually we call ahead and do take out!

The Margherita Pizza is delicious! The tomato is very sweet and juicy. Highly recommend! Got the other half with the Supreme Pizza, which is pretty good too.

I love the flavor of the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. But I wish there are more pasta than chicken!
