Great experience buying a beautiful car from this dealership. Paul Norris was very friendly and professional. Extra little touches included a roadside assistance pack and first aid kit in the boot, and also a personalised box of Butlers chocolates to congratulate you on your purchase! Very nice experience all round!

I can't rate Joe Norris motors highly enough, I went in and met with salesman Des whom was an extremely personable and professional gentleman... I felt the service given to myself was superb at all stages, Des really made the effort to assist me to find the perfect car for what I needed it for and didn't just sell me anything that caught my eye, I ended up purchasing a fantastic car which I'm so happy with and even the after care with the follow up phone calls and support to ensure I was 100% satisfied and happy was way beyond what I've experienced with any other car dealer. I honestly would purchase from them in the future and highly recommend others to go there too.

Worst place I have ever being. look there noises down on my family. Went in with the intention to but a new car. All the sales manager did was show me old cars and any time I tried to ask about the new ones he more then less said no you could not afford that. It's a joke stay away . I'll will be buying some were else

This is the first place I've gotten bad. they are unkind and unprofessional. With the booking test drive I was refusing to view the vehicle and I got the minimum information. As a car house where agents are struggling to sell a car, here's the opposite reaction, and here with a seemingly empty saloon they reject as the last fool. I have more car buying from the salon, but this is the worst salon I entered. I will buy a car but not in that salon.

Had the most amazing experience with these guys! The two Pauls were so helpful and there was never any pressure to buy new! Came home with a top of the range 161 Renault Kadjar, its the safest car I've ever driven! Can't recommend them enough!

If I could give 7 stars I would. Honestly, Joe Norris motors exceeded my expectations for buying a car. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed, listened to and understood in terms of my needs and wants. The entire process was flawless and the communication was prompt throughout. I was dealing with Jarred and Paul and couldn t recommend either enough. I asked for some extra detailing which was no issue at all and one week from when I entered the show room I drove out with my new car including all the extra requirements I had requested! Thank you for making everything such ease. I will be back for future business!

Very very very very very overpriced. Do not buy a car there and certainly do not bring a car to be fixed there. Are far too expensive?

Don't order a new car from this company, you will be assured for months that your car is on the way only to discover that the Car was never ordered in the first place. Six months wasted. Worst service I have ever encountered.

Poor service department. Brought our Kangoo van in to get the breaks checked for a squeaking noise from them while driving and breaking. I was told it was a build up of break dust. 7 weeks later all the rear break pads had to get changed and they deny any failure to deal with the issue before damage to the breaks. Very unsatisfied customer
