Great venue for concerts but elevators are NOT SAFE. Do not go in the elevators. I almost died on an elevator gone rogue that was bouncing down. It's really unsafe for both customers and employees.

Saw a few concerts here. Parking it a mess, but getting through security is fast. Sound during the concert sounded great, even in the highest balcony seats. Be prepared to spend $7 on a a bottle of water...

The stadium is okay for what it is. Half the time a lot of the food options aren't even open. Food and drinks are wildly over priced like most stadiums. Have had some issues with security being difficult on more than one occasion. The parking is the worst.

Stadium and hockey game was great. Love the Tim Hortons. Only complaint was the 50 minute drive from Scottsdale each way to get to the game, also we have a hard time getting an uber after the game to get back to Scottsdale. Would have been cheaper to just book a hotel next to the arena then commute

Words could never explain the excitement and just plain awesome atmosphere..put it this way, tell me one person who says they didn't enjoy going here, and I'll show you one person that is lying through their teeth!!! Game On!

Very professional area it's just so ridiculously expensive. Nose bleed seats were $26 a piece, $13 beers, $15 for parking just to see an AHL caliber product put into the ice, and this was for a pre-season game. It's no wonder why no one in the valley gives the coyotes a second-look. It's just not a good way to spend an afternoon without breaking the bank.

Great venue... no bad seats..but that more money you spend the closer to the stage you are....2 large beers 25 bucks... saw Hall and Oates... they were fabulous but sound squealed and hummed a few times...

EDIT- So after originally posting this review the box office was contacted and they weren't aware of this issue. However they did what they could to make it right for us. The concert was blast and I would totally come here again! Seems like a nice place for a concert. I'm upset with the box office though. In an attempt to save money, (due to the high tax and fee charges on Ticketmaster) I drove up from Tucson to buy tickets to a concert I'm dying to go to. However, it was a Saturday. Apparently they don't update their systems, as the automated phone system states the hours are 10-4 on Saturdays. No reason to believe otherwise and second guess it. When I arrive, waaay before 4pm, I find the box office is closed, much to my dismay. The electronic sign above the window states the same hours. A paper underneath that says they're closed on Saturdays. How am I supposed to know that from Tucson? Why am I going to have any reason to believe that they wouldn't be open on Saturdays, especially when the system said they would be?

By far the best stadium I have been to. Parking is a breeze, and there is so much to do in the area. We spent a couple hours before the game walking around enjoy the area. The night we were there was star wars night so we did spend a while watching the mandalorians and other characters wandering around. How often do you get to watch a storm trooper and an officer of the empire playing hockey? Or even Darth Vader grabbing a stick and threatening to slap shot bb9? We also ran into john chayka before the game and he was kind enough to amuse us with a couple photos. I love the coyotes, they do some wonderful things for the community. I really hope to go back and spend another day at the arena soon!

The seating is beautiful, the chairs are OK. Hockey fans were a blast. However, the "Tim Hortons" tastes NOTHING like it should. Its an embarrassment. $3 watered down yuck! Also, the AC when your up high is way to strong, if there was a way to even it out that'd be great.
Lastly, the fact its such a huge building with so many attractions, shouldn't the place have WiFi so people can participate in the contests who don't have data?

We had tickets through VetTix. Our seats were on the side of the stage in 109. We enjoyed the concert but I didn't like the view of the side of the stage. Didn't feel as if Brad Paisley was singing to us.

In two words. Good times. Went to dinner at Shane's (great) and then the Coyotes game (also great). The arena was great (am I repeating myself). I couldn't have asked for a better time. Highly recommended to do an evening like this.

Fun atmosphere for a hockey game or really any event. Lots of room outside and inside to move around. Extremely friendly staff. Only small negative......WOW, their air conditioning works almost to good. Saw people wrapped up in blankets. Highly recommend this venue for an event.

Had a fantastic time at the last two coyote games, great venue with lots of amenities, lots of washrooms and different foods. Tons of options and pretty reasonably price. If defiantly come back. Great mascot, Happy Birthday! Go yotes Go!
