Doesnt treat employees fair or as people. VERY low and unfair pay for veteran employees who have been there for years. They will only give them a tiny raise when they deserve more. They will start someone a good 5 bucks more an hr then someone whos been there for 4 years longer. Its all drama and not a good work environment. They have lost several large customers due to the quality of products.
Having worked for multiple employers and being a business owner in the past I can say that working for JMA was a great opportunity for me. They offered me Good pay, good benefits and a clean and safe work environment. Also a good work/life balance.
One of the worst shipping and recieving departments ive ever worked with... They put multiple PO'S on a pallet, which is ok, but the smallets order of 2, on the bottom. 2 boxes, out of 25. They forget to put multiple PO stickers on more than half their orders, and forget items in said boxes. Create so much more work for their customers. Would rate 0 stars if it were possible
Great job if you don't mind being micro managed right down to how you breath!!
HR and management are clueless to their needs. SAME positions have been posted and re-posted for years. Someone in HR or Management has not a clue as to how to hire based upon skills, ability, experience, degrees, or certifications. Seems to hire base upon who will be their next best friend or lackey to take the fall for someone else mistake in direction or lack of new hire training. Hence, the "revolving door" on hiring here. Seems they took lessons from Walmart on hiring practices...
