HR and management are clueless to their needs. SAME positions have been posted and re-posted for years. Someone in HR or Management has not a clue as to how to hire based upon skills, ability, experience, degrees, or certifications. Seems to hire base upon who will be their next best friend or lackey to take the fall for someone else mistake in direction or lack of new hire training. Hence, the "revolving door" on hiring here.
