Just Purchased my 3rd vehicle from JM. All experiences positive but this was by far the best. Gregg Whyte made us feel special. Went over all the different buy options and lease. Even told us about rebates.. Went in for oil change and came out with a 2018 ES350 and lower payments. Thanks Gregg for making this happen. JM has a client for life.

I was told that my tires would be rotated and requested that the alignment be checked but didn t see it on my receipt. Also my tire pressure is 31 and they didn t put air in. Pressure should be 33 and I am a stickler for that. Other than that the service was excellent

Recently had to go thru the return and renew lease process and went back to JM Lexus.
Was helped by Tim Spellman from the onset, and he could not have been nicer, more patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was honest and forthcoming and gave me the facts I needed to make a good decision. I honestly had a good time in this process and love my new car. I highly recommend Tim Spellman if you are car shopping .

JM Lexus is simply the best. I m on my 5 or 6th vehicle from them because they make the process easy! I was just there today for servicing and it reminded me of why I love them, and why I continue to choose them. An hour in the guest lounge went by rather fast. I had my coffee, a comfortable chair, WiFi and my laptop to get my work done. It s just so easy working with JM Lexus and I think that s what others don t grasp. Luxury is not a brand, but instead it s ease and comfort. They always take care of me and they always make my visits as hassle free as possible. JM just gets it!

I was visiting from Texas and came to this location because my sister was having her car serviced. While I was waiting I was approached by the Sales Manager Michael La Bianca asking us if we wanted to look at anything specific. I told him that I wasn't here to purchase anything today, but that I had my eye on the RC 350. He asked a few questions and I mentioned that back home in Dallas I already had an appointment to look at one there.

He offered to look up the vehicle while we waited for my sisters car to be finished to see what kind of deal I'd be getting. We pulled up the VIN on his computer and found that compared to the RC they had in the show room the one in Dallas was definitely not the better option.

Thankfully I had already been pre approved so Michael took that and was able to find me an even better APR through them which allowed me to tack on some extra protection of the car. They even took care of registration even though I was out of state.

While we were getting the financials wrapped up I noticed a small tear in the seat leather. The guy that fixes this had already left for the day, but Michael had him come back to patch it up for me so I would be able to take the car home that night.

I flew in to Coral Spring for a Christmas visit, and because of Michael La Bianca and JM Lexus I got to drive a beautiful car back home to Dallas.

These guys were a pleasure to work with, professional, and no hassle.

Michael was also very diligent about following up with me via text over the next few weeks to make sure registration went through smoothly.

Couldn't recommend this guy enough.

I am very disappointed in JM. In the last 8 years ...

I am very disappointed in JM. In the last 8 years my wife and I have leased 6 vehicles through them. The lease on my vehicle is expiring in a few months, and I have decided to go with another brand, mostly because Lexus doesn't make a model with a manual transmission available. I contacted JM to get out of my lease a few months early, because of the deals available on cars right now. After my emails were ignored for a few days I finally received a call back from the sales department, letting me know there was nothing they could do for me. My car is actually 6,000 miles under total lease contract mileage, so it's not as if I would be returning the vehicle with substantial negative equity. Again, I was told there was nothing they could do, or more precisely, nothing they wanted to do. Now they've certainly lost me as a customer, and when my wife's lease expires they will be losing her as well. If you are looking for customer service and credit for loyalty, go elsewhere! **Update** The response below was very nice for everyone to see, but as expected, I have received no response from JM directly.**Final Update** I received a call from a manager today, same response, they are not willing to help a customer of almost a decade. I even offered to split the remaining lease payments with them, and turn the car in 6,000 miles under lease allotment. Still, not even willing to negotiate. Now I will spend the next three months putting 6,000 miles on my car so I can return it not a single mile under lease allotment, hopefully with zero lease equity.

Car repair was speedy and the customer service was...

Car repair was speedy and the customer service was good. In the repair lounge, you needed a meal-ticket to get one soda, coffee, or meal by the barista. Unlike most luxury dealerships they did not offer any fresh food or desserts, only pre-packed food with amazing options like chips, cookies, and pretzels. I felt like a 2 year old handing off my single ticket to get a non-refillable sprite while I wait for my car. I understand they don t want people abusing the system, but I couldn t help but feel like I was in an adult day-care. Bake the free food into the repair price, it s embarrassing for both the customers and the barista to micro-manage accommodations.

Buying from JM Lexus was the best car buying experience ever! Thanks to Scott Argow, and Keegan Potter, our deal was completed between the phone and online. We got there, made sure the IS 350 F Sport was the car for us, signed the paperwork, learned about the car from the delivery specialist, and drove away.

In less than 2 weeks, we purchased 2 vehicles from JM Lexus...both purchases were a great experience!

Unfortunately the dealership is not like it was before.
My opinion is that it is no longer customer oriented.
Had my Lexus serviced because of a recall when my wife got her car back the vents blowing cool air were not operating and the Bluetooth no longer was working
We rescheduled service call and had the car serviced yesterday they found that the Bluetooth was not connecting and had to completely reprogram the audio They also found that an ac part needed to be in replaced.
When I picked the car it was not washed and was told we needed to drive 3 miles to a car wash with a coupon we waited 30 minutes to have the exterior done NOT WORTH IT
Also the car era not filled with gas as you previously did for a service under warranty When I picked up the loaner had less than 1/4 tank when I returned the loaner I returned the loaner with 3/4 full
They just gave me the keys and left no have a good thanks for coming to JM Lexus

Unfortunately our first service due to the pandemic was last week and we were there From 12:15 to 4:15. A very long time to spend with a mask on inside waiting
For our service which was supposed to have been our first service of a rotation of tires and a oil change. Needless to say We were quite disappointed and I was late for a medical appointment. That being said I m willing to give them another chance,I have never waited in a dealership that length of time except when buying a car.Sorry but I cannot give you more than a 2 Rating on a scale of 1-5

Having leased other cars from JM Lexus in the past, I knew I would be provided with all the information I needed to help me make my decision. I was not disappointed, John Churchill did a great job. I decided to lease an IS 300, and when Michael LaBianca took over the leasing process, I was amazed at how knowledgeable, professional, and overall fantastic he is. He even delivered the car to my house, and made sure I was comfortable with every feature on the car. I love my new IS 300, and so happy I chose JM Lexus. Everything was very good except that they no longer wash your car. Instead they hand you a coupon for a car wash several miles away on Sample Road. When I went to the car wash there was a long line there so I skipped it. That s not up to the usual JM standards.

I took my 2016 Lexus into the JM Lexus Collision c...

I took my 2016 Lexus into the JM Lexus Collision center on Monday, June 25. I was quoted just $1,500 to repair damage over the passenger front wheel well. The damage to my vehicle did not look that significant as it was the slightly larger size of my hand, my vehicle was drivable, all sensors working and headlights were in working condition and visibly undamaged. I was asked numerous times if I was going through my insurance and I explained each time I was paying out of pocket. I was told my car would be ready on Friday, June 29. With that said, I rented a car while I was there for $50.00 per day for the week.

On Tuesday, June 26 at 7:27Am, I received a text message stating the parts had been ordered and the vehicle is in the body work process.

On Thursday, June 28, at 7:29AM, I received another text message stating again the vehicle is in the body work process. Around 3:30PM, I received a call from the Collision department. I was informed, that not only will my vehicle NOT be ready to be picked up on Friday, June 29 but the new cost is over $4,600.00 plus the additional cost of the car rental!

I was reminded by the JM Collision representative that I signed a paper stating that I understood there may be unseen damage when they took the wheel well section off. While a reasonable person might expect $100 to $200 up or down, what reasonable person would walk away with a $1,500 quote expecting a total 3 times it s cost? What reasonable reputable company would even try to justify that as being okay, without a courtesy call PRIOR to beginning that work.

Again, I reflect back to my earlier statement, my car was in working order when I dropped it off. For me, I was on the fence for a $1,500 aesthetic repair. My 2013 ES 350 had extensive damage to the front end, sensors, grill, lights fenders etc the front end of my car replaced the cost of that was just a few hundred dollars more. That work was completed by the collision department at Lexus of Pembroke Pines.

The collision representative went on to tell me that my headlight bracket was broken and that alone was $1,800.00. This part well exceeded the original quote for the entire repair. When I told him, the new cost was too much and I would pick my vehicle up he informed me that this was not possible. My car is now in pieces and is not drivable because they are now unable to put it back together. I m also in my head trying to reconcile 1800 + 1500 = $4,600??

I called back to discuss with a manager. After hearing the situation, he told me he would look into it and get back to me. About an hour later, he called and explained there was miscommunication on their end. They thought I was using insurance. I stated multiple times that I would be paying out of pocket when I took my car in. And, WHY, would that matter? Was the cost inflated to force me to file a claim with my insurance?

I have been a loyal customer to JM Lexus for many years, 2 vehicles purchased and 4 under your service. When it came time to having the damage repaired, I didn t think twice about taking my car to JM nor did I consider seeking an additional quote from another Lexus dealership. I had complete trust in JM and their representatives. I depended on their expertise and knowledge to give me an honest, fair and upfront quote.

Never in all my years of dealing with services companies and getting quotes/estimates for work have I been subject to a total that was more than three times the price that I left prepared to pay. I ask you, has that ever happened to you? Would you feel like that was appropriate? Would you feel as though it was your responsibility given NO option to reconsider (earlier point, from quote to $4600 and being told there was nothing else that can be done, it can t be put back together, pay to pick it up)?

Honestly, the worst service experience I ve had in dealing with a service company. I at least expect Comcast to be bad, but even they haven t taken 3 times the promised length to deliver service or charged me 3 times the rate on a service I agreed to.

Going to Jm Lexus is The best car buying experience I've ever had. My salesman Daniel Horvath was very helpful and courteous and was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs about the vehicle I purchased. Jm Lexus is unlike any other dealership I've gone to. From the lobby to the complementary bistro everything is A1. The finance staff was very friendly and I never felt like I was pressured at all during the whole visit. Brandon Douglas in finance was very polite and professional and took his time to be as thorough as possible with my application. All in all I was in and out and it's the best dealership I've ever worked with. I love my 2016 Nx 200t fsport!!

I ve been a customer with JM Lexus for 10 years now. I only use Carlos Nunez in service he s the best. Treats you like family, knows what he s doing and makes sure everything is perfect. I have purchased all of my Lexus vehicles from here. Pricing is somewhat competitive you may pay a little more but the product and service are far superior to any other dealership I have been to. It s clear they are investing in the customer experience. Any issue I have had has been quickly resolved with a good outcome. I will always recommend Carlos and JM lexus
