We have rented JLA industrial washing machines and dryers since we opened in 2006. They give an excellent service, if there are ever any problems we just phone them and they send an engineer out to fix them within 24 hours. The engineers are very polite and professional and have an excellent knowledge of their machines. They will always feedback what the problem has been and how it has been resolved. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Jamie Calver 61362601 We called JLA to look at our catering appliance the engineer was great in making sure his work space was coned, left tidy and fully explaining why the equipment had failed he s already ordered the parts. Just hope he returns quickly with the part, only time will tell !!!

Fantastic Service and Quick Call Outs.
JLA have halfed our Laundry Department with their super fast and reliable machines.
New introduction of ironing system which with help from the very helpful Watson we have up and running and pressing non stop.
We also have the JLA Sanitiser Machine which gives total Sanitision to all of our rooms, we use constantly to give added protection to our Residents and Staff.
Well done to all at JLA for the products, friendly helpful staff an fast call outs.

The engineer Graham was very kind and helpful when fixing my dryer. He did it very quickly and efficiently.

JLA regularly visit to fix and maintain our machines. Today all the machines were out of order and Robert the engineer came to fix them. He did a fantastic job and went the extra mile to get everything up and running. This company is highly recommended, thank you.

Absolutely disgrace of a company, I am almost on the brink of losing everything because of this company, I didn't take out my contract with them they bought it from laundryserv with whom we had no problems , left me for a whole month without repairs, no contact, no one gets back to you,6 years it took to build our shop and customer Base, JLA ruined it in 4 weeks, 6 years down the drain, lost my supplier without warning as JLA bought them out and shut them down

Can not speak highly enough of JLA. All staff polite and helpful, from the call centre team taking details of breakdown to the engineers visiting site. Your engineer Dan Bircham has been out to repair our tumble drier a couple of times recently and is always cheerful and knowledgeable (most recent job 12447940). I appreciate the text/ emails to say when engineers are on the way and would happily recommend JLA to anyone.

We as a Nursing Home recommend JLA because of their great customer service and the professionalism of their engineers.

I worked here very briefly and when I left, I was underpaid and was never paid my remaining holidays.

Without a doubt the most terrible company I have ever had to deal with. Pushy sales people who hassle you constantly and then once the sale is made they couldn't care less. I rent two machines from them which are constantly breaking down and when an engineer finally comes out a week later its never fixed. Was promised when I signed that in the event of a breakdown theyd have it fixed in 24 hours. Service department are a joke - on hold for almost an hour to get through and then they try to charge you when you have a rental contract! It then takes weeks of calling for them to sort it out. Will be seeking legal advice about this company.
DO NOT USE JLA you have been warned!

One of our washing machines was horrendously noisy, we phoned JLA and the engineer was here within 2hrs and diagnosed it as bearings had gone. Kerry (engineer) ordered parts and was back the very next day and fully repaired the washing. He left site clean and tidy and took away all used parts. Would highly recommend Kerry again.

I found Jason to be really knowledgable and helpful with our fridge issues. He was able to get us up and running with the fridges that worked and identify/mitigate the issue with the fridge that didn t work. This has really helped me in the busy period in the run up to Xmas.

Very persistent, arrogant, hard selling, cold calling nuisance. Avoid at all costs.

The engineer for our area 'Will Howard' is very professional and sorts out any issues normally sorted out in 1 visit.
I've been here for 18 months now and he has always given us brilliant service.
