They sent out a very nice man, however, he broke our garage door. He was nice about it. They went as far as sending people for 2 appraisals to have it fixed. Then they stopped answering my calls. Finally the OWNER called me and was very rude on the phone asking if I wanted money and what I wanted out of this. I politely told him I just want my door
Fixed. Never heard from him again. Finally my husband tried to call and they supposedly sent someone to look at the door and haven t heard anything since. He followed up with a call and they were supposed to call back yesterday. Again no call. I would not recommend anyone to use a company with such bad business etiquette. If you break something just fix it.
Worst real estate appraisal company to use, stay away.Appraiser 3 hours late to appointment with no phone call, only to end up canceling after waiting.
The most unprofessional company and people to work with. No respect for anyone elses time but their own. Incompetent coordinator for scheduling of the appraisers and daily jobs.

Had a great experience with this company, they were very accommodating with my Covid needs. It was quick and efficient. I got my report with 7 business days and any questions I had afterwards the owner of the company answered. I would highly recommend.
If I could give this place less stars I would. I paid for my appraisal, never got a call to have it scheduled. When I called the company to schedule my appraisal they let me know they were not scheduling appraisals at this time due to covid 19. I called back a week later and spoke to the owner and they said this was not true. So he scheduled an appointment for a week later. He says that's the earliest they had. My appt was scheduled for a tuesday. No one showed until thursday. They only appraised the house from the outside and I was told the appraisal would be accurate and would be ready in 1 day. the appraisal was NOT ready until 5 days later at which point I had lost the amazing interest rate on my loan because the window had closed for us to close.
When they finally sent the appraisal, they had to resubmit it because it was done wrong. They resubmitted and they appraised the home at 20k LESS than what it was appraised for 3 years ago. And in the past 3 years we have done some major renovations. Now my loan officer is trying to close my refinance and he cant because j&l has yet to send the FULL APPRAISAL. Tomorrow is the last day to have this full appraisal in and I have no confidence that this appraisal company will do their part and send the full appraisal from over 2 weeks ago. HORRIBLE company. Stay far far away. I will be taking further action on this.
