They sent out a very nice man, however, he broke our garage door. He was nice about it. They went as far as sending people for 2 appraisals to have it fixed. Then they stopped answering my calls. Finally the OWNER called me and was very rude on the phone asking if I wanted money and what I wanted out of this. I politely told him I just want my door
Fixed. Never heard from him again. Finally my husband tried to call and they supposedly sent someone to look at the door and haven t heard anything since. He followed up with a call and they were supposed to call back yesterday. Again no call. I would not recommend anyone to use a company with such bad business etiquette. If you break something just fix it.
