Claims, Claims, Claims !!!! They will deduct from your high paying load and get you down to the lowest paying load. Shady business.
They post high paying loads and then deduct in claims even when you are on time and seal intact.

Had an issue with them. Kevin Pearce is a super stand up guy who cares about the carriers that do work for him. I will do any work for them in the future and I highly recommend you do the same!
Ok, here is the deal...You win some and you loose some! Now i have been on both end of the stick, i own a trucking company and I'm a broker as well and Kevin Pierce is one of the most honest if not the most honest people i have encountered in Transportation Industry. I worked for this company and i never had an issue concerning payroll!!
I got a load 1650$ they pay me only 1550$ (100$ short). After 2 months I find out. Reason: 2 cases damages in my trailer! Seal was intact on my trailer! Broker Brent doesn t pay detention. We where on time at the pick up and delivery( pick up 6 hours, delivery 3.5 hours: no detention)! When you work with this broker make sure you read confirmation(line 2 and 4)!!!!!!Why Carrier should be responsible for 2 damaged cases? It s shipper or receiver fault!!!Just think about this before you guys are working with Pearce!!!!If it s damaged 1 or 2 pallets it will be your fault!!! So you will pay for this. If you can afford this then work with Pearce!!! Also no detention! I will not work with this broker again never ever in my life, it s not about 100$ I just don t want to work with those kind of people, they don t deserve to be in this business! By the way, Brent told me he is in this business for 32 years:) and he is not paying detention, it s not his fault!!! It s your customer fault 32 years experience and your customer should pay detention!!!They did pay the 100$ finally!
Doesn't care about carriers.
Booked a load driver was dispatched half hour passes and they call saying the carrier that wasnt making their pickup was now at pu getting loaded. Told us to hold our truck to see if that was indeed true and now they cancelled on us and are refusing to pay TONU. Absolutely ridiculous. Stating because driver wasnt sent a pickup number they won't pay a truck ordered not used. 0 Stars for them DON'T USE.
Broker Jackie Wortz does not pay detention nor layover. Corporate office does not have any control over her,therefore she does what she wants and her cheap excuse is "my husband is a truck driver,sooo...."

pearce worldwide logistics are the worst brokers + poor services i don't recommend any carrier to haul a load for Pearce Worldwide Logistics, Inc 5120 Virginia Way, Brentwood, TN 37027 , they don't pay ontime no detention or layover .

Worst broker I have deal with, it took a day to get loaded and a day to get unloaded appointment not set up property it took all day lost a load bc of it, this was my first load and it will be the last I don t know how will they stay in business with the new DOT ELD regulations if you re a O/O do not book any loads with them.
