I have an excellent experience every time I go. All of the staff members are friendly and very helpful. They treat me like a person, not just a number. Dr. Thomas is extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly addresses any questions or concerns I have. Peter, the massage therapist, does an amazing job as well. I liked that he explained to me about some of the muscular problems he found during my massage and gave me tips for addressing them. I was so massage drunk when he was done I could hardly walk a straight line! Lol. My only regret is that I can t give them more than 5 stars!!

The best experience I have ever had at a Chiropractic office! I've been to other Chiropractors in the past and have never felt so welcomed and understood. Carmen and the doctor made sure I was comfortable and I can't thank them all enough! Not once did I feel rushed or pushed into anything I didn't need, like other locations (names that shall not be named) have done. I will continue my future business here and highly recommend everyone else doing the same!! (:

Incredible chiropractors with original subluxation philosophy using corrective care. It s tough to find chiropractors who truly FIX the problem! They ve been helping me with headaches, neck pain, tight upper back, uneven hips causing low back tightness and it s even helping me sleep better! I didn t expect to feel this great so consistently :)

My massage was very rushed. I paid for an hour and only got about 40 min. I got a groupon for it and it was clear I was not a priority.

Dr Harada is great to work with. My lower back, hips, and neck are feeling much better. He is great at answering all my questions and concerns.

Dr Thomas really cares and truly knows how to help YOUR individual needs, aches, pains, and problems! Absolutely go here.

I came in yesterday to get a second opinion on my shoulder before possible surgery... Dr. Thomas was very nice and up front with me. Hopefully he can fix in the next few visits and get me back up and running at a 100%.

Great staff! Also if you're tight on cash they will work with you! Dr, Thomas knows his stuff! Took away pains I thought were permanent.

Dr. Thomas and his staff are AMAZING! I love them! Have been going to them for 9 years.

Requested they check with my insurance to see how their services would be covered. Due to a misunderstanding I ended up with a unanticipated bill. Save yourself the headache and just go to the joint chiropractic. That way your appointment costs are taken care of upfront as services are rendered.

They have offers that provide free consultation and exam your first time. I had quite a negative experience here. Once my 10 session ended, they were extremely pushy and rude about continuing more sessions. I kept telling them no, they commented on how flexible they are with payments that some patients pay with their personal valuable as a form of payment. I refused and their attitudes changed. The chiropractor emphasized that my heath is most important and if I don t continue, it will get worse and worse. I obviously understand that. Currently not in a financial situation to continue the service for years. His tone and use of words made it seem like I didnt care about my health. Didn t appreciate how pushy they were being and how their attitude changed to negative once I told them I did not wish to continue.

Amazing Staff and amazing facility! They really listened and helped me with my pain. I like that they didn't refer to an MD.

I couldn't even walk anymore until I started going to Dr. Tomas. Thank you very much.

I posted a review earlier, and I've had some time to think about what was said versus what his service is like.

I may not have agreed with all of his method's but my sister's do go to this chiropractor and have had nothing but good things to say about him and his services. His staff is very friendly and kind, and if you aren't able to provide cash payment, he will work with you to find alternatives as he believes that your health is far more important than any monetary gain. I'm giving him 4 stars as I didn't completely agree with some of his ideals and methods, HOWEVER, that could be just because of a lack of education and understanding on my part. Not to mention that I went in for a free consultation, and as part of it he had x-rays of my back and neck done for free!
At the time I couldn't afford his services and I wasn't used to the idea of performing some other kind of job or trading something of value as payment so that put me off a bit, however, as I've taken the time to really thing about things, it may be just what someone needs in order to obtain the services that they require.
I can recommend him to you, but just know that his ways aren't what's typical (as in some form of payment) and maybe even his explanation, but from how he has cared for my sisters, he genuinely cares about your health and will do what he can to get you feeling better.

The staff is simply amazing! Carmen and the doctor simplified all the medical information in a way that I could actually understand which is very rare for me in any medical setting. Easily the best chiropractic office Ive ever visited, see you guys next week!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! I have had nothing but a great experience coming into this office, Dr. Thomas really cares about me and my over all health and wants me to progress and have a better life, which I have been able to experience through coming in here. The treatment has been amazing and I like coming in to this warm welcoming environment. Excellent Doctor and staff, they've really done a good job at making me feel comfortable.

So many physical concerns I didn t know could be fixed through chiropractic care have improved tremendously! Doctor Harada and Doctor Thomas do a great job at listening to my concerns, educating, and addressing problems I have!

The doctors are good. My major complaint is that they charged me almost double what they charged other patients. When I explained that the cost was too high for me, they removed visits instead of lowering the price as they had done for other patients (who are members of the Mormon chrurch). I see no other reason for this other than just plain bias. I haven't visited this office for more than a year and I am still making payments. I switched dr.s and my current doctor charges less $20 less per visit. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Amazing chiropractors and staff. I look forward to going everytime. The ladies that work the desk and exercises are professional and fun to talk with.

If aligning your spine to fix that much without drugs then why is everybody doing this?

This place is amazing! I recently was in a fairly serious car accident and they have taken such great care of me. The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is so positive there! They even teach you about your spine and how misalignment is affecting your health and then create a plan specific to your care. I wish everyone knew about them.

This place is great! Friendly staff and I always feel better once I ve left. My headaches have pretty much gone and my knee and hip feel so much better. I can now play basketball with almost no problems where I was having issues with my knee and hip before. Definitely recommend this to anyone.

I ve never gotten such a used car salesman feeling from someone in a healthcare position. Not only did they waste my time with a well-rehearsed spiel for 30 minutes (the scripted, like a rock in your shoe touted by at least 4 people was laughable), they waited to tell me that a massage therapist was not available for my appointment. The masseuse who was scheduled didn t show up that morning, and my appointment at 5:30 PM! A total disregard for my time.

I never knew how much chiropractic care could help someone, both physically and mentally. Dr. Ross, Dr. Thomas, and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing - friendly, educational, and caring.

Who knew that chiropractic care could help with PTSD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and so much more? I was suffering after experiencing a traumatic event, and I decided to give this a try... I'm so glad I did. So much improvement after only a few weeks of chiropractic treatment.

Really like this office. I have been going for 3 months and they really help. Especially appreciate Shaughnessa, the massage therapist. She is magic and the combination of the adjustments and the massage is amazing!

Dr. Thomas is an amazing Chiropractor! Every time I go I feel as though my body is becoming more more free. I went in with a terribly sprained ankle and he said to me "I guarantee you will walk out of here on that ankle (I was on crutches) and walla! I did, over 50% of the pain was gone. He fixed the issue and my healing process was much shorter then I had expected. He is so comforting and very informative. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas to everyone!

What an incredible experience. Chiropractic? More like massage specialist. Not only amazing service, but how amazing the employees were. They were so nice to my kids as they waited in the waiting room and while I got help with my back, Ive been able to run again. Its truthfully a miracle the work they day. I havent felt this good since I was 20. Now I can play with the kids and also go on hikes with the wife again. Thank you sooooo much. I am forever indebted to this organization. Amazing, love everybody here they always take great care of me...

This guy has definitely figured out how to run a BUSINESS. His people are sales machines. So for that, I respect him. But I m just not into that when it comes to medical care. This is one of those chiropractors that throws you on a table and just tries to get a POP wherever he can, then you re out and he s onto the next patient laying on a table 3 feet to your left. No privacy, no pre-adjustment consultations. Just pops and numbers $$$$ Kinda sickening. He didn t offer me one bit of pain relief after 8 sessions. Most can at least offer some relief after the first. DO NOT GO HERE, unless you re into that slimy used car salesman / high pressure thing.

I absolutely loved this office! The doctors there are both great. I had been to one other chiropractic office before but, never been back until I came to Willow Creek. Everyone there cares about your progress and your treatment. Dr. Thomas leads a great team and helps get you in and get the corrective care that is right for you. Definitely a positive experience and a great atmosphere.

Not many chiropractors will give you their cell number or take your call any day of the week. Dr. Thomas takes emergency appointments. He's been doing this a long time and knows about wellness.

Best massage in Sandy, hands down! Teara was fantastic. I'm so excited to have a deep tissue massage therapist I can recommend, and I'll be coming back!

About 5 years or so ago I was in a car accident. When I went into willowcreek chiropractor just to try out getting adjusted 3yrs ago they asked me if I had been in a car accident which I told them I had they were so excited to help me saying this was perfect bc my hips were crooked which was effecting my spine which most likely was from the car accident and that my insurance would pay for it completely. I was skeptical but they convinced me that it wouldn t hurt bc my car insurance would cover it all and my passenger and that the chiropractic would be doing all the talking w my insurance so I wouldn t have to worry about a thing. So every time I would go in they would always tell me that I have however many number of sessions left and kept giving me work out items saying that this item was covered so of course I d take whatever item it was and I kept going to my sessions. Now, 3yrs later I m getting phone calls from a debt collector saying I have to pay all this money back to willowcreek chiropractor. Isn t that funny? The entire time I was going in they kept telling me that they were doing the communicating w my insurance and that I didn t need to worry and now I have a huge bill I owe them . Anyways.. I ve learned my lesson. I was very young and naive just out of college and not sure how it worked and they took advantage of that. Even sent some clients to them. I stopped going years ago bc I always felt like they were pressuring me that I needed to go in even tho I felt fine but they kept telling me it s only temporary and that I needed to go back before it does. I stopped going bc a physical therapist told me they only wanted your money and that they don t completely fix you. So I went to my PT only had 5 sessions and I was done! I ve felt great since and I don t have any debt collectors calling me saying I owe them money. My advice this chiropractor is a scam and will tell you anything to come in just to screw you over later when you stop going in. Get a physical therapist they will tell you exactly what to do and simple stretches or exercises that help w alignment and balance.
