I don t know how to thank you enough! Our turf was delivered on Saturday, ready to be laid on Sunday. Due to the terrible weather it took our landscaper more time to prepare the area along with other features. Our turf was left sitting there, with no one to lay it. We were near the point of having to throw 5k worth of turf in the bin! I called Irene at 530pm on Monday desperate for any tips to save our turf. Next day a team from Jimboomba Turf turned up to help my hubby spread the underturf and lay turf. Turf survived! Thank you so much!! I can not recommend you enough.

I guess they deserve an overall 1 star rather than 3.1 stars. The sales lady called Irene from jimboomba turf is a very clever woman. She insisted me to purchase more expensive turf rather than buying normal couch grass. She suggested me Tiftuf based on the fact that they are 1. High tolerance including drought. 2. Uses less water. 3. Less weed. 4 low maintenance. Guess what this was all a Big fat lie.
I am struggling with these turf since day one. I visited them twice and all they tell me to use is seasol and washed river sand. Which I did but no luck. Now with QCAT I will see what my options are.

Jimboomba Turf exceeded our expectations. Friendly service from the office side of the business who accommodated a change in delivery day with no hassle. The delivery guy dealt with our shockingly steep driveway with a smile and got the turf as close to the top as he could. The turf was excellent quality. Green and damp ready to go straight down. We now have a lovely green lawn and are motivated both by the information provided ... in book form covering all the steps and a schedule to ensure it remains green over the year and not least our lovely green lawn.

Dried out, short changed on quantity, and when contractor contacted Jimboomba turf, in short they told him to get ****ed. Had our turf laid today and a certificate of authenticity. Contractor was nice enough but now we have to hope grass doesn't die out, and also have to go buy more to replace what we were short changed.

Jimboomba Turf were a pleasure to deal with. Very professional. The turf and the guys showed up on time and did a great job. Turf looks great and is going well. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for supply or supply and lay solutions.

The turf looks so amazing and its the best choice we made. Jimboomba's after care service is amazing, they are so willing to help and assist you thought the before and after laying process. I would never go back to anyone else after dealing with them...

Fantastic turf!

I own a place in Broadbeach waters and needed 50sqM to turf the edge of the property near the canal.

The turf was so easy to work with both to lay and to cut in!! Sir Grange Zoyzier is what I purchased.

I would highly recommend that anyone buying turf in Gold Coast region just contact them direct to buy their turf.

Such a great business to deal with. We really appreciated the advice we received before purchase and the delivery driver was very helpful with advice when he arrived. Wonderful service from start to finish.

Irene was fantastic with her help and the information provided . Also very impressed with the yardman who not only loaded my trailer but also packed it back up. I dont think anyone has ever done that before. 6 stars to my mate on the forklift!!

We got the Nullarbor Couch delivered on Saturday, looks great.
The delivery truck driver made it wonderful by being so lovely, waving to my little kids front the big truck and fork lift, they absolutely loved it and now they have lovely grass to play on.

Great grass with Sir Grange Zoysia. Ordered 70 metres and looked so good ordered another 160 metres square. Easy to lay and now watering. Delivery man was experienced, knowledgeable, very helpful and put placed turf where it was easily handled. Thanks to a great team from your salesman, Lachlan to a seamless on time delivery man who was a great forklift driver,.

Dealing with Jimboomba Turf was a pleasant experience it was a seamless transition from order to delivery I got knowledgeable advice from the sales and service team and the delivery was on time with the product in great order, fresh cut and very healthy.

Wouldn't recommend based on my experience with customer service and turf quality.

They rip off their customers, beware do not use this company. Sent me dead turf. When I complained they said it was my fault, no returns, no compensation at all, then they sent some 'heavy' guy over, what a joke! um nah! I've lodged claim with QCAT. STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS, get your turf through Bunnings, you can take it back.

Really hard to judge. Bought through Bunnings, turf off first pallet, green and heavy, 2nd 'just delivered' pallet brown and 1/4 the weight of previous pallet- brown and horrible. Quality control??

We had such a great experience with Jimboomba Turf. Their website is informative and easy to navigate. All the staff we had the pleasure of interacting with were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. We chose the Tif Tuff because it best suited our needs and we have not been disappointed, it looks outstanding. We would readily recommend Jimboomba Turf and their products to anyone looking for excellent service and quality product.

The guys on the phone were super helpful and professional. The delivery window was 2hrs which was awesome and way better than most large companies who give half a day window. The turf was healthy and not 1 slab was damaged by the time it arrived at my driveway.

These guys are great. Kept us informed about our order all the way. Delivery was withing the time frame allocated. The turf was good quality. It is great to have the care and maintenance information to ensure we have quality lawn. Highly recommend this business

Stay away from this company. The turf simply fell apart it was that dry. The slabs are cut very poorly and uneven. When I phone the rep I was told nothing but lies. I will be sending a strong email to sirwalter regarding Jimboomba turfs poor trading practices.

I have had nothing but a great experience with Jimboomba Turf. Irene in the sales team was absolutely amazing with providing us with great service support and how to lay the turf and ensure that we are managing and maintaining our turf. He amazing assistance and support has allowed us to get out bond back from the rental property we had resided in for over 12 years. Thanks Irene your amazing and I would recommend my friends and family to contact Irene directly as she was amazing.

Worst quality ever. Purchased a small quanity for my backyard, and it was completely dried out. No soil in some pieces, just roots. There were too many broken pieces in the pile and it was extreamly difficult to unload without breaking the turf into small pieces. Now I have a uneven unattractive backyard, and will need to do more work with it with top solis, leveling etc.

Just spoke to (Irene) in sales. Have not seen someone that rude and inpatient in some time....

Simple things like:-
When do I water? 15 Minutes after laying the First piece of turf.
Most think by conserving water in the garden you are saving Money.

It has been four weeks since I received and layed my Sir Walter from Jimboomba Turf. My experience from the start, very helpful and friendly staff on the phone. Delivered at the time they said it would be. Helpful and friendly delivery truck driver. The Turf provided was nice and green and lush. I layed it the same day as per the instructions provided and on their website. Watered it twice a day for the first 21 days until it was well rooted to the soil. It has been mowed twice now and fertilised. It looks beautiful like a big green carpet,very dark green, no weeds, no dead patches and the joins have almost gone. I would rate my experience and the grass I received very highly and I would definitely buy more from them. Thanks guys.

Very happy with the turf, it has taken off extremely well. These guys were very easy to deal with. Prompt, reliable and good value, we would buy from here again.

Purchased Sir Grange Zoysia from Jimboomba Turf Group and couldn't be happier.

We got a great deal compared to other companies and their information given on how to prepare and maintain the grass after laying was very easy to understand.

They also give you an ETA the day before and the day of so you know exactly when it will arrive.

Don t even think about it. Called to ask if they install turf as well and they said someone from their installation department will call me. A couple of weeks later they came and installed the most patchy, ugly turf ever for a very small courtyard. Half dry and all from different quality and maybe even different varieties. No result from complaining to the installer so I contacted the office to complain. They transfered me to their installation department again so they told me the installer guy is their suggested installer and they don t take any responsibility for his work however if I take my complaint further they will support him!!! They did not further respond to my emails. Couple of months later, the lawn still very patchy and partly dry after many rainy days and being watered for a long time.

Delivered on time, very high quality and no complaints. Ordering process was very easy. Highly recommend.

NEVER NEVER NVER BUY JIMBOOMBA TURF OR BUNNINGS TURF WORST TURF EVER!! And after sales service was just horrible. Picked up 25 meters for a client when we went to lay it it was half dead. Called to ask for a replacement or return and flat out said no!! I am a trade customer with many years experience in turf installation and I have NEVER had turf this bad EVER!! I spoke to a couple of Bunnings stores (Jimboomba turf supply Bunnings)that I have a close working relationship with and the both said they would never purchase jimboomba turf their own homes as the turf is often delivered very dry or yellow or dead. I also spoke to a couple of my regular turf suppliers they also said keep clear of Jimboomba turf as the hard a bad reputation in the turf industry.

Very professional service - truly values the customer. Delivers a top quality product at a very reasonable price. No complaints whatsoever. Very satisfied customer.

Expensive but quality of turf is lowest. Very poor. We had purchased from Western Landscapes, Willawong.

I bought 70 square mt of sir Grace turf for my yard , it was cut in the morning and delivered promptly the same day and we laid it straight away and had it watered and rolled that afternoon . A week later it has taken and has new growth already and is looking outstanding, I would recommend Jimboomba turf for the quality of the turf , great advice and promptness of delivery . Outstanding all round and would recommend them to anyone wanting to make the yard more user friendly . Matt

worst.turf.ever - complain and they get the heavy to call and tell you they are going to do nothing

Irene and the office staff were very responsive and helpful, providing useful tips and information. The delivery was prompt and efficient. The product is durable and has already received excellent comments from family, friends and onlookers. Our kids are also so happy playing outside on the new turf. We highly recommend Jimboomba Turf Group.

Turf quality was great
Drivers were helpful, professional and on time.

From answering my inquiry to delivering the grass to my property Jimboomba were professional and friendly. Irene was so helpful and a delight to speak to. The driver sent me a message that he was on his way, we were ready, as soon as the turf hit the driveway we started moving it down to the back yard, fertiliser went down and we started laying it. Drenching it with water and rolling it. I purchased 140sqm, so far it all looks good. Thank you Jimboomba for my beautiful tiftuf turf. I would recommend Jimboomba. Below is a pic of the day we put the turf down and a week later.

Ordered turf at very late notice as the original supplier could bot cut due to rain. Jimboomba Turf was able to supply when no one else could! Great communication provided about delivery times. Could not fault.

Order dealt with efficiently and turf delivered on time by a friendly driver who placed the truf as close as he could and in the shade.
Looking great - we just have to make sure to establish the lawn.
