I guess they deserve an overall 1 star rather than 3.1 stars. The sales lady called Irene from jimboomba turf is a very clever woman. She insisted me to purchase more expensive turf rather than buying normal couch grass. She suggested me Tiftuf based on the fact that they are 1. High tolerance including drought. 2. Uses less water. 3. Less weed. 4 low maintenance. Guess what this was all a Big fat lie.
I am struggling with these turf since day one. I visited them twice and all they tell me to use is seasol and washed river sand. Which I did but no luck. Now with QCAT I will see what my options are.
