My experience at Jim Butler was a wonderful one. Ken Betts is the best and I would recommend him to anyone.

I recently purchased a Jaguar f pace from there. Although I love the car. I m not at all satisfied with how the transaction transpired. I called and spoke with someone inquiring about the car I seen online. Although I was pre approved prior to arriving to the dealership. I specifically told my salesman Najja that I did not wish to do another credit inquiry. Since they used the same reference number I gave them for the approval I literally didn t know they did a another credit inquiry. So desperate to get the sale, he forgot the customer satisfaction part. He could have gotten the sale and still been honest to allowing me the options to purchase how I chose fit. Nobody want to deal with a shiesty salesman.

Matt, Scott and Jim went above and beyond. Easy sale. Met Kyle also and very personable. Go buy an Alfa from them. Unfortunately there was no Peroni in the fridge.

My friend and I worked with directly John, but every person at this dealership really cares about their customers. They are polite, courteous and professional. There are not pushy sales people at all. John has a great personality and makes you laugh. He is a genuine person and has a kind heart. You won't regret working with him.
