Basically; my problem with the JCC of Greater New Haven is the fact that the staff have no clue as to what events are occurring. For example, I asked a member of the front desk, from my home, are there any events going on. The lady said the events stopped at 3:15. Understandably, I went at 3:45, and was told that the events end at 4:30. Then, they told me that the events ended at 5:30. This was an infuriating process, and wasted a lot of my Sunday. All I wanted was to spend my Sunday playing basketball and having fun. But no, I guess that wasn t possible. On days without events, I must admit that JCC is pretty fun. Which is why it deserves two stars.
