I have been visiting the amazing Jewellers Workshop for over 20 years - their workmanship, creative professional expertise, integrity and industry knowledge make it a very easy and pleasant experience for not only my own jewellery but all members of my family. This is not a 'stuffy' High St shop - they have an exciting modern range and making something 'just that little bit different' is their speciality - these guys go out of their way to make it a joyous experience - the end result is always AMAZING.

I couldn t be happier with the help and support I received from Caitlin and the team. She made the whole process of creating an engagement ring so effortless. From talking through initial ideas, choosing the stones and then designing the ring itself; she was incredibly patient and helpful at every single step. I was really happy with the final outcome of the ring and I d have no hesitations in recommending her and the team.

Jewellers Workshop have been one of our best clients for many years and always a pleasure to deal with. The staff are personable and are well equipped with knowledge and have great experience in the industry. If you are needing top quality jewellery or a bespoke piece, I would highly recommend paying Jewellers Workshop a visit!

We were having trouble finding the engagement ring that we wanted anywhere, so resigned ourselves to having to get one made. I'm so glad we did, and I'm even more happy that we found this place.

I was concerned a custom ring was going to be super expensive, that it'd be hard to convey what I wanted, and that I'd be left with things that weren't quite what I had envisaged... but talking with Caitlin here, she took the time to understand what we wanted, talked us through all the bits and pieces, was patient with our tweaks and refinements, nailed the design and produced a stunning piece that we're extremely happy with; the whole process was a breeze.

I had thought we would pay through the nose for a bespoke piece like this, but the price was very transparent and our options outlined from the start. In the end - and after looking at heaps of options before coming here - I don't think it's any more expensive than choosing one from a cabinet, and that's not even considering the craftsmanship and personality that we've received. We got to choose the sapphires, which we're so happy with. You can't buy that. It is a beautiful piece of art, and is something that will be treasured. Truly awesome. I look forward to working with Caitlin again for the wedding rings when the time comes. 10/10. Would recommend.

I highly recommend David and the team at Jewellers Workshop to anyone looking to repair or repurpose any pieces. I am really happy with the rings and a diamond pendant I left with them. I would highly recommend David and the team at Jewellers Workshop. I've just picked up my beautiful new engagement ring that David remade based on the original design (that was also designed by them - sadly I lost it) and I LOVE it. David has an exacting eye when it comes to choosing diamonds and we couldn't be more thrilled!

Great staff, warm and welcoming, paying attention to your needs and even doing the smallest things to make it a great experience. Loved the shop and its jewellery too. Will definitely be back. :)

I got some earrings designed and made at the Jewellers Workshop and I can't recommend them enough. Right from the outset, Amber and the team were so lovely and easy to deal with. Their guidance about what would work was really appreciate for someone who doesn't know a lot about jewellery! The finished product was absolutely stunning and of such a high quality. Would go back again in a heartbeat!

The service and quality at Jewellers workshop is amazing! I love the ring that has been custom made for me. Every appointment we have had with them to discuss designs etc has been so stress free and the service is amazing, on top of stunningly made jewellery.

I had a gold chain necklace I'd been wearing for nearly 20(!) years. A few links had broken. I took it to the Jewellers Workshop and they fixed it within a couple of days for a bargain price, as well as gave me some helpful tips on how to take care of my delicate chain. Can't recommend them enough.

I recently had my emerald diamond solitaire ring remodeled to a three diamond ring. . I found the service from design to the shop assistance excellent. I was kept well informed throughout the process. As I was travelling I also had the advantage of the duty free option . On departure my ring was waiting for me .
I have had comments about the ring every time I wear it.

Caitlin helped us to create the perfect engagement ring. We wanted something a bit unusual and had looked in lots of other jewellery shops for inspiration without luck. We saw something we liked in the Jewellers Workshop shop window and then worked with Caitlin to design something similar but unique to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. Caitlin was incredibly helpful, guiding us through every step of the process and was very responsive to us wanting to alter the design and try different things. We are so pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Jewellers Workshop to anybody.

My partner and I had her engagement ring made by David at Jewellery Workshop. We were so happy with the service and thrilled with the ring. David is a very professional jeweller and a great person to deal with. We did significant due diligence prior to commissioning Jewellery Workshop and we can honestly say that they offer good value for money and David has an exceptional eye for choosing amazing diamonds. The CAD drawing process meant we had a really clear understanding of the final result, and the ring is beautifully made. We would highly recommend Jewellery Workshop for any jewellery purchase or design.

If you want a piece of jewelry making you must go to the jewellers workshop. My wife and I visited the shop a while ago and had a good experience with David and the staff. So as our wedding anniversary was coming up I decided to have a pendant made by the jewellers workshop. I made contact with David and started the ball rolling. David went on vacation so passed me onto Caitlin. How she put up with me changing my mind I dont know!! But we worked together and came up with a design I liked.
Catlin sourced the stones and kept me updated with photos of the stones and the progress of the pendant.
The day came for me to give my wife the pendant, she was so taken back with the look of the pendant. She loves it.
I can only recommend people to go visit the shop.
The staff are amazing, they are so customer focused.
The jewellery they make is beautiful.
I will definatley have more made with them.

The Jeweller's Workshop experience was amazing. I went in with a rough idea of what I wanted created - and left thirty minutes later with the confidence they understood exactly what I wanted and would be able to deliver.

From quoting to creation, the steps along the journey were entirely transparent and clear, and I knew exactly what I was getting, before I got it. Love both the pieces I had made and they felt perfect from the moment I put them on.

Wouldn't buy anywhere else.

Designing our engagement ring over the last few weeks with David has been a fantastic journey, from not having any idea of what we really wanted to a ring which is much more than I could of wished for. From the very first meeting, through out and till when we collected the finished ring we felt that David was extremely knowledgeable, patient, passionate and loved what he does. The team at Jewellers Workshop were outstanding. They spent time and effort with my Fiance and I to help us design the engagement ring we really wanted, whist keeping within the budget we had in mind.

They helped us with the design and diamond selection, which they hand picked for the best cut and quality. The professional services we received was second to none. During the time the ring was being made the team were very efficient in keeping us updated on the ring process.

The end product they created, all hand made, is outstanding. I am forever receiving compliments about how lovely my ring is.

I have been buying jewellery from here for years, the service is excellent and each piece has been individually crafted and is amazing, highly recommended!

Love this place. I have purchased several custom made items including a bracelet, a pearl set in a gold / diamond clasp and a ring. They sent me electronic renders prior to making the jewellery and kept me informed throughout. I am extremely pleased with the jewellery I have purchased and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

BEST jewellery shop in Auckland!! We bought an engagement ring from a different store in South island and needed a re-size. This shop came highly recommended from our expert jeweller as we were currently in Auckland. They said do NOT go anywhere else and they were RIGHT!!! We have been attended by Rachel and it was the best professional experience and service I have ever been a part of. They offered to resize it in store but because they didn't have the same formula for the signature alloy (our ring was custom made) they offered to Express post it to south island with correct measurements and information. If I would be buying any jewellery in Auckland I would ONLY go here!!! Can't go wrong with anyone who works there.

Amazing service! When custom making my enagement rings and wedding rings very accomodating to my unique requests. Even meet and spoke to the jeweller that would be hand crafting my rings. I had a slightly difficult challenge, as I wanted a engagement ring made out of gold that I provided (my grandfather left me a gold coin in his will). I contacted over a dozen jewellers in Auckland, and Jewellers Workshop were one of the few Jewellers who would do this. After meeting their staff I found them significantly more helpful, knowledgeable, and 'real' than any of the other jewellers I met.

The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, and the end result was stunning.

Also important to note; they fully itemized the cost of the whole process in advance, and were incredibly transparent about everything throughout the process.

We came in looking to get a bespoke ring as we are both quite fussy and had it in our minds what sort of engagement ring we wanted, so we thought the easiest way to do that was to pick all the component parts.

We discussed what type of ring we had in mind with Amber. David then showed us information on the different grades of diamonds and how even the same grades had such a range in quality. While looking at a few of the rings they already had in store we found one that was perfect so we bought it on the spot!

What could have been a long process was turned around in less than an hour. We felt really lucky to have dropped into the store that day and couldn't have been happier with the personal care and service afforded by Amber and David. We would highly recommend Jewellers Workshop.

If you or/and your significant other are picky and high maintenance like me then David and Caitlin are your best bet. We must have visited a dozen jewellers around the globe before choosing JW to be our jeweller. Both David and Caitlin are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I knew we were in good hands when they demonstrated high level of integrity and professionalism. I would have changed my mind at least 5 times but Caitlin was so patient and guided me through the whole process. Absolute 5 star service. David and Caitlin were extremely kind with their time and knowledge providing us with an engagement ring and wedding bands. They kindly worked to a tight timeline to make my engagement ring. My husband had his wedding band made with gold he supplied and was extremely happy with the final product. We enjoyed their education around diamonds and guiding us through the process.

Dave and team took on the job of crafting our wedding bands after a not-so-great experience with a previous jeweller.

What a complete polar opposite in experience! Every contact with these guys was friendly and efficient. Although we had one ring design in mind, the second we needed help with. We were given plenty of time to discuss through options (until well after the 5pm closing time) until we eventually arrived on a design. The work was completed without fuss, well before time, to a great standard and for a good price.

We now have two lovely wedding bands. Cannot rate these guys enough.

David is very professional in the Jewellery Industry, he picked a really good diamond for us which is a good value diamond for the price. The services was awesome, as we can only come over to the workshop after hours for numerous of times to tune and adjust the ring to the right perfection. Jeweller's Workshop made my engagement ring, and did an incredible job. The process was really clear and easy, and they are also one of very few places that offer lab grown (not mined) diamonds.

My partner and I went and spoke to many jewelers before coming to Jewellers Workshop. After five minutes of speaking with Dave, we had already decided that this was going to be the place we were going to have our engagement ring designed/made. Dave's exceptional knowledge, attention to detail and passion for what he does stood out from all the other places we had gone to. This was confirmed once we started working with him. Dave and his team were perfect throughout the whole process and answered any questions we had. The renders and design provided by Caitlin were extremely helpful and gave us a perfect representation of what the final product would be like.
