Absolutely fantastic service and perfect result. Couldn't be happier.

I had a slightly difficult challenge, as I wanted a engagement ring made out of gold that I provided (my grandfather left me a gold coin in his will). I contacted over a dozen jewellers in Auckland, and Jewellers Workshop were one of the few Jewellers who would do this. After meeting their staff I found them significantly more helpful, knowledgeable, and 'real' than any of the other jewellers I met.

The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, and the end result was stunning.

Also important to note; they fully itemized the cost of the whole process in advance, and were incredibly transparent about everything throughout the process.

Will absolutely be recommending JW to anyone I can.
