Really impressed with the workmanship and personalised service from the Jewellers Workshop.

We were having trouble finding the engagement ring that we wanted anywhere, so resigned ourselves to having to get one made. I'm so glad we did, and I'm even more happy that we found this place.

I was concerned a custom ring was going to be super expensive, that it'd be hard to convey what I wanted, and that I'd be left with things that weren't quite what I had envisaged... but talking with Caitlin here, she took the time to understand what we wanted, talked us through all the bits and pieces, was patient with our tweaks and refinements, nailed the design and produced a stunning piece that we're extremely happy with; the whole process was a breeze.

I had thought we would pay through the nose for a bespoke piece like this, but the price was very transparent and our options outlined from the start. In the end - and after looking at heaps of options before coming here - I don't think it's any more expensive than choosing one from a cabinet, and that's not even considering the craftsmanship and personality that we've received. We got to choose the sapphires, which we're so happy with. You can't buy that. It is a beautiful piece of art, and is something that will be treasured. Truly awesome. I look forward to working with Caitlin again for the wedding rings when the time comes. 10/10. Would recommend.
