I booked a holiday in October 2019 to the Spanish GP in May 2020 through Jetline via Mail Travel. The holiday was cancelled on advice of the British foreign office due to Covid. Initially the advice from Jetline was to wait until the situation developed however, after the GP race went ahead without spectators I contacted Jetline for a refund in line with their ATOL protection. After a hard battle, a number of un-truths from Jetline staff and many emails, I was offered a part refund. Since then, my emails asking for the remainder of my money were ignored. Today I have received notification that my section 75 credit card claim has been successful and my money returned. It is sad that I have had to take this action to gain my refund, and it has been a long battle. I fully understand the position holiday companies have been in following the Covid pandemic however, Jetline advertised ATOL protection when they sold me the holiday and in doing so, they should have honoured their refund policy. The many hours spent typing emails is not what anyone wants when booking a vacation. If Jetline had been clearer in their credit note policy and guaranteed that this was fully protected in the event that the company went out of business, I may have helped the business by accepting this option, but unfortunately they were not. It is interesting to learn that they have now resigned their membership with ATOL.

This company is scam do not use them. My wife booked a company with them through travelzoo and the trip was for a honeymoon that was cancelled due to COVID. She was told the trip would be rescheduled. She started trying to reschedule November of 2020 with no luck. She was later told she would have to pay for the original trop in full before they would reschedule which makes no sense at all. I repeat do not use this company they are a scam.

Still waiting for the complaints department to ring us back...very bad customer service! Contacted on the return of the worst holiday we've EVER been on. Was sent to a hotel in lloret del mar that was SUPPOSED to be a 4* hotel but shouldn't even have been rated. If you're happy with a hotel smellying of drugs & teenagers screaming in halls & no security the crack on and book with these. We slept in our clothes due to the filth of the rooms and booked out the next day to another hotel. AGAIN jetline havent taken responsibility or tried to compensate us for a nightmare holiday & just ignored us and probably sending other couples to this standard of hotel.

Please do not ever book with this company they are disgraceful. I am still awaiting a full refund 14 months after a cancelled trip due to the covid pandemic. They ignore emails. You cannot complain on phone or speak to anyone in authority. They lie and appear to be accountable to no one!! Never in my life he is dealt with such a rude arrogant, deceitful and robbing company. They should be closed down !!

I wish i could give -1 stars.
Kept telling me i had to wait until it was cancelled so they could refund me.... despite it being illegal to travel... despite easyjet offering FREE cancellations... Low and behold, it was cancelled and now im only being offered a 1/5 of the money back or a credit note for another holiday. To top it off, the hotel we booked, wasn't even open on the dates we had booked to go there. So no doubt we would have been put in some shoddy hotel if we had actually gone - with a 9month old baby! Poor excuses, poor customer services and if their names really are Nicolas, Colin, David, Paul - i will eat my hat.

I had contacted them on different occasions for details about my reservation and they do not respond. I am currently less than a month away from my trip and have no solid details. I email and call and they always say they are going to call/ email me back with information and never do. I only received an email saying one flight was changed and we have 2 reservations. Very shady.

No Stars - Jetline have owed me money since February 2020. You cannot contact them, Customer Services puts the phone down on you. Fobbed off with a email address and more excuses than I have had hot dinners. No longer members of ABTA (who were useless when I put in a complaint) and ATOL will only help if the company goes bust. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU NO LONGER WANT YOUR MONEY

Shocking experience! I really advice not using them. We booked our holiday quite last minute and received an email saying all documents will arrive the following day. We were due to fly the following day in the afternoon and by 10am had still not received anything. When we called, the customer service team were shocking! A lady called Holly was rude, we were due to shortly leave to go to the airport and had no idea if we even had a holiday booked. She was really rude it was not nice. After 1130 am (flight was at 3pm) we finally got a call from Alan who whilst on the phone booked our holiday for us! We were driving to the airport whilst he was booking our flight. I have to say he was helpful and was nice. It seemed like he was the only one that tried to help and agreed this should not have happened so thank you. However when booking a holiday I do not want to be in this situation or be talked to in a rude manner like the customer service team.
