I was so pleased to return to Jerrol s for the first time after so many years to show my daughter and husband my favorite bookstore from when I lived in Ellensburg. We all loved the visit, the staff was incredibly helpful to find what we were looking for and patient while we perused.

Such a fun store! I ll be doing all my gift and school supply shopping here! Great book selection, the best CWU clothing outside of the wildcat shop, vinyl records(!!), any art or office supply you could think of! And super friendly staff.

I always enjoy your friendly and helpful staff as well as your unique selection of toys/games/books for children. I would love to see your gift selection for adults expand. Although, I realize space is limited and you guys already do such a great job of fitting what you can in there. :)

Everything about this store is great! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and they had the exact book I needed and were willing to save it for me until I could pick it up. My only complaint is that the book selection is SO GOOD that I get sidetracked browsing, and want to read them ALL. I love the variety and quality of the merchandise, the excellent adherence to Covid safety precautions, and the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff.

I ordered two books and they were ready in less than 48 hours. The staff is friendly but not overbearing. I am breaking up with Amazon, but only because we have such a great independent bookseller that values inclusion and diversity.

The staff @ Jerrol's are always very friendly and accommodating. They just don't point you in the direction of when looking for an item, but actually walk you to it. Real customer service! Always happy to go in there to pick up what I need.

This store carries many unique items. It is great to have books and games and historical references available for purchase. Get more games and puzzles and expand the book section even more. Thank you.
