We had a lot of fun food good fireworks where great beautiful
Food here is typical so it gets good stars. As for things to do I feel like martells is the only place to hang out for adult without children
I honestly love this place. I come all summer long. 3 years in a row and hopefully more to come.
Beach fun in Point Pleasant. Lots of food, activities and of course, the beach. Park at the municipal lot on Arnold Ave, but get there by 11 am or it'll fill up, especially on Saturdays in the summer.
I love this place .Every 4th july i come to celebrate with family .The beach is clean and the recreational areas well maintained and organized .The food is good and the price is fine considering is a beach .
We visited the aquarium. It is under construction but still accessible. It's a small place, but the penguins are adorable and there are tons of sharks.
Great time with the grandchildren. They loved the rides.
U should be able to go in a restaurant and be able to were a bathing suit and have the shower were u don't have to rewash ur feet but that is it love the place
Nice place to spend the day with the kids and family. A little pricey. Beware Martell's, especially the "Shrimp Bar". Not prepared well, not fresh.
Always a good time. 90% of people are practicing social distancing. Including games
Perfect family day, all the staff we encounter was friendly and helpful, washroom was clean.
Loved it as a child and now love sharing it with my child!!
Great to bring the kids.... all the staff are very nice... the kids had a great time.... you could spend the entire day there.
A must visit. More kid friendly than Asbury (carnival atmosphere) plus some good rooftop restaurants. In general, a little pricey on food, but worth checking out at least once.
Tons of things to do on the boardwalk, family friendly
A classic NJ shore destination. At least three or four visits per year is required for me. Games, food attractions, ice cream, you name it it's here waiting for you.
This is a must see if you are this Far East.
How to you mark off points for anyplace with salt water taffy and a beach.
I found one negative -If you are from the west coast, this will be a bit of a surprise- you have to pay- pay- to walk on beach.
I think the area would be well served if Jenkinsons would put in a small rope isle for people to walk town and touch water but I digress, the board walk is very well maintained, beaches are clean and there are life guards, lots of them. However, most people are only knee deep, because it s the Atlantic Ocean and it s cold !
The area is filing great places to eat or enjoy fine dining. Lots to see for all ages .
Public parking for a fee and on busy days it can be s home. Small kids I ll digest you bring a wagon or stroller.
Elderly, I might suggest s wheelchair or scooter so everyone can see all.
Lots of cute gift shops and the people - other than they tend pass in the right and always be in a hurry ( beware road rage over parking spots) are friendly .
Beautiful place to spend an evening with friends and family
I love the shops, games and food available at each little store
Cute and perfect little boardwalk with a lovely beach right in my backyard!! My boyfriend and I had a great time in their arcade where we played a bunch of games. My only complaint is he expensive the food was. I love local summer!!
Must get there early to get good parking. Beach was beautiful. Food is expensive. Had a great time.
Weather was great. Social distancing and masks were not always practiced
I've been going here since I was a kid now I bring my 10 and 6 year olds
So many great times with friends always happy and memorable moments
Very expensive!!! Way too crowded and not so friendly workforce
It was so many things to do, the beach, the Aquarium and the rides, not to mention the great food and games
I love to play in the arcade in entertain myself and walk the boardwalk Jenkinson's it's more like a family-oriented Park and I love it
It's a good place to walk around. It's a little more challenging now with Covid, but worth the trip and the experience.
Beach is so clean & the boardwalk was nice and filled with activities for kids and adults to enjoy!
Jenkinson boardwalk is a small boardwalk with various food stands, games of chance, an amusement park based for the young and young at heart. Small beach and not pet friendly. They also have batting cages and miniature golf course there as well.
I love it . It was fun and most of all the weather was great
Great place to walk around, with friends, family and even a cute date night spot! Greasy food, board walk games, bars, rides for kids, beach, arcades!
A very fun place to go to and the food is great it is a wait time but it is worth the wait.
It is a nice beach, but at the end of the day the place became a public noisy field. Loud music all over the place, but not from the restaurant, but from people with speakers.
Terrible time finding reasonable parking. Great place for family!
We ve owned a house here for 12 years, and my daughters have played beach volleyball here for 8, so Jenks has gotten plenty of money from us. Overall it has been a great experience, but there is one employee in particular who is extremely nasty and it s clear he is on a POWER trip. Two years ago, he accused my daughter of sneaking onto the beach without paying - we have season passes every year, but because she wasn t wearing it while playing, he stopped the game and made her go get it. This year, apparently the rules have changed regarding where spectators are allowed to sit. I was sitting behind the barriers on the corner of the court where I have sat many times, including this summer. Today he drove by and rudely told me to move without giving a reason. I asked for a reason, and his response was because I said so! So I didn t say a word and moved my chair. He then proceeded to get on his walkie talky to call security to report that they needed to come deal with someone refusing to move. I told him I did move, and he said there was another woman disobeying him too. She was also behind the barrier and INSIDE the volleyball flag. I asked why she had to move and once again the response was BECAUSE I SAID SO! We shared some words and he drove off. Jenks is one of the most expensive beaches in the area, and they make a TON of money from the volleyball and there is no need to be nasty. We pay to walk onto the beach so at the very least we deserve an explanation when told we cannot sit on an area of the beach. This employee is known for being an ass on a power trip! He treats everyone as a criminal until they can prove that they re not.
Good family place. Lots to do, wish the games weren't so overpriced. Too expensive to do often.
Pretty good, not that big but has rides, arcades and food about. It is aboutone third the size of the boardwalk in seaside so it doesn't have as much selection with everything And it's very crowded.
Wonderful and clean place. The bathrooms r so clean and the beach is clean. For boardwalk food it isn t bad and parking is alright but overall experience is great. Good for couples and good for families. Good if u wanna get away to relax for the day
Clean beach, with a good boardwalk. Was taken aback at first that is have to pay to use the shower house, but when I went to use it, I was told they weren't charging for it at that point. Shower house was clean, albeit unbearably humid.
Great family oriented place to go with the kids. Good food, little pricey, but other than that kids always have a blast
Great rides for kids and adults!!! Looking forward to going back again!!!!
Parking is horrible and people in the summer homes are rude and nasty
Boardwalk is nice. Restaurants are over priced, cost to enter the beach is insane, parking is expensive. Enjoyed the aquarium, there is a small amusement park but didn't go.
Great Place to Spend a summer night.. Just make sure to hit up an ATM
Childhood fun but smells a little too much like garbage on hot days.
Wonderful beach area... Nice place for kids and family. Many fun rides over there.. we reached around 6pm but the police won t allow us to the beach.. we don t know why.. that s the only disappointment for us.. besides that, that place is awesome!!!
Always a great place to spend a rainey day at the Jersey Shore. I recommend going during the half off happy hours. When you buy one of their cards, you double your money in play. The machines automatically deduct half of the regular play amounts. My son was a big winner last week and we will always be back.
Classic New Jersey boardwalk. Rides, games, food, and beautiful beaches. Great for the whole family.
My go to place during the summer! Lots of things to do for kids all ages. Only thing that sucks is parking but the boardwalk is worth it!
Been going to jenks since my 26 yr old was two.Still go with my son's till this day just for the fun of the games. Today was another 100,000 point day. My 26 year old came in this spring and we went.
