Fun little spot with rides, arcade, food, shops, games, and a little aquarium with penguin. Plus, there is access to a clean well patrolled . Free parking very limited. Pay to park available and holidays can be expensive parking.

Had a blast with my almost 2 year old and my in-laws going on rides. Just wish there was more space. To many people for such a small area. The rides seem to be crammed in all together. But all and all reminds me of my childhood!

In my experience, Point pleasant is the best beach in NJ. We had a great day with pristine rest rooms that were, centrally located. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and with a toddler, and was worried about how clean the restrooms would be! I used them multiple times and it was 5 star level with a staff constantly cleaning it! They charge a steep entrance fee of $10 per adult on a weekend, but definitely the beach to consider when going with young children, pregnant women or older adults! Nice bustling board walk, smooth clean sand, and paid parking ($20) right next to the beach entrance available for convenience! Umbrella and chair rentals were plenty available when we went around 12:30 in the afternoon.. Umbrella rental was $10 and beach chairs $9 each. Do try the soft cones at the boardwalk!

Packed and real crowded! You have to love to wait and $$$ outrageous parking lot and forget about drinking or getting food! The NJ familes are suffering whatever happened to our favorite NJ summer past time!!

Jenkinson's main purpose seem to be finding as many ways to part a person with their money as possible. It was $30 for parking. Funny how they don't advertise that price. In the arcades, their 'slot machines' have screws in the coin slots so you are forced to enter bills or nothing, and in others the quarter slot is jammed so your quarter simply gets stuck with no help to get it out from the staff who seem perpetually grumpy. Although it is all Jenkinsons, you cannot exchange your arcade points in one arcade from any other arcade, though they are all owned by Jenkinson's. I get it. You are there to make money. Jenkinson's, however, seems to be more mercenary it than any other boardwalk I have visited on the Jersey Shore. Never again.

A Jersey shore must! Head to end to avoid the crowds on the beach. Do a morning bike ride. Walk the boards and do the rides and games at night. There are bathhouses so you can freshen up. The aquarium is great for a rainy day.

NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO POINT PLEASANT BEACH. THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW HANNAH IN THE WATER BECAUSE SHE WASN'T AN "EXPERIENCED" SWIMMER. MY HUSBAND WAS HOLDING HER AND WAS STILL ASKED TO GET OUT OF THE WATER. WARNING TO ALL, IF YOU HAVE A TODDLER OR PRESCHOOLER DO NOT GO TO POINT PLEASANT.

The definitive Jersey shore place to be. You think Jersey and think miles of shore line and beautiful beaches. The boardwalk is lined with amusements and shore food favs, pizza , seafood , saltwater taffy, restaurants and games of chance. Don't forget amusement rides for kids and young adults as well. Make sure you bring a mountain of cash cause you'll be paying 30$ bucks to park in the private lots. The public parking is cheaper but harder to come by in peak season. Enjoy.

A Jersey Shore staple,we always have lots of fun, Friday nights they have specials on wristbands for the rides which is great specially if you have multiple kids because it can get expensive.

We love taking the family here. It's always clean and most the rides are usually up and running. The games are fun. The arcades are nice and food selections are good. It does get a little packed but that's because it's in a popular area. We buy the half off tickets during Easter and Christmas and save a lot of money that way. Parking is a nightmare. We now automatically park down closer to the train station and just walk up.
