4 stars because the nurses & other staff are very nice.
However, I am concerned with Dr. D. Lawrence, not adhering to the wound care specialist & instructing my mother on the wound care of her feet. The cream which he prescribed is irrelevant & can, in fact, make the wounds worse.
The doctors cannot know the correct course of action if they are not diagnosing the problem correctly.
