Wonderful place! Really professional and dedicated people, who genuinely want to make you look great. Great haircut style and love the atmosphere too! You really feel like you are being pampered. Great concept that they have various stations, such as make~up, nails etc. No hardcore selling, which is refreshing!
Highly professional and excellent service, the hairstylists are talented and all staff there are friendly too. They truly understand what I am looking for, they also made great suggestion and the haircut is fantastic! Great Experience!
Can't recommend enough. I booked a session for my wife's haircut and as she always wanted a specific kind of haircut, i showed them in the pics of what was needed.The staff was very welcoming and discussed with the stylist (Jimmy) directly who has recently joined their team. He did a great job with my wife's cut & she was very happy with the end result; which was beautifly done - 5 stars.
Sorry not coming back. Had a great experience with Caroline last year but she has since left. Everyone was nice and not rude but couldn't help the feeling that they just wanted to finish up with me as fast as possible so they can close up. The job was half hearted and honestly felt so turned off by the whole process that I didn't even bother to protest.
Impeccable service. You can tell that each one of them loves what they're doing and look to improve their craft each day. You'll feel like a star coming out of jld!
Very professional and hospitable. Especially the colorist Steve from the UK(especially with the special coloring that helps me stop worrying about coloring the root...) and hair cut specialist Caroline from France(so pleasant and good)did a top class job. A bit pricey for me but later I felt it was worth it. To me, they never pushed me to do anything but sincerely answered to my questions. Liked their cleanness as well.

Amazing experience! The service of all the staff is faultless, and the attention to detail is what is special. I tried the very quick and easy balayage colouring, which I would recommend to anyone looking for natural colouring treatment. The cut itself was exactly what I wanted, as the reference photos available are extremely useful for deciding on a style. Thank you to Lorena and all the staff who took care of me - the massage during the hair washing was the cherry on the cake!
Amazing experience. Walked away with exactly what i was look for - the latest in balayage hair coloring plus a beautiful haircut. Their technique and know-how are on a different level, their service exceptional, and everyone has such a wonderful personality! Love this place.
Awful experience. The stylist spent no time at the start trying to understand what I wanted, and was too busy trying to sell me a package of services that I didn't want (manicure, make-up) and then did what he wanted to my hair, leaving me looking much the same as when I went in. All I wanted was some highlights but he insisted on balyage which doesn't have the same effect. I did say it wasn't right and after a second attempt and still no luck he became rude so I left - but not before he over charged me. I will now have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Not worth $3000.
