Awful experience. The stylist spent no time at the start trying to understand what I wanted, and was too busy trying to sell me a package of services that I didn't want (manicure, make-up) and then did what he wanted to my hair, leaving me looking much the same as when I went in. All I wanted was some highlights but he insisted on balyage which doesn't have the same effect. I did say it wasn't right and after a second attempt and still no luck he became rude so I left - but not before he over charged me. I will now have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Not worth $3000.
