The majority of the 15 years I've worked for my employer, JD Young has been our equipment and service provider for all things related to copying, printing and scanning. I can always count on a prompt response from the moment the JD Young service dept. receives my service request, their follow-up letting me know a tech has been dispatched and when the tech will arrive. Without exception, the technicians are knowledgeable and professional and take pride in finding the solution to our copier problem and having the copier running in top-shape as soon as possible. They often perform preventive maintenance without being asked. JD Young Company is the best!

JD Young is a great company to work with. The Technicians are very knowledgeable of the equiptment; and repond in a timely manner when we have a printer issue. I like that you get a live person when you call in, the receptionist is very pleasent to speak with and make sure that you get what you need.

Our Company, Windor Supply & Mfg. has purchased equipment along with service contracts for most all of our document copying, printing, and scanning requirements. Their sales staff takes the time to understand our needs and fit the right equipment for our business. Their technical staff and field service personnel are knowledgeable and prompt.
