Disorganized, long lines, dirty bathrooms, and associates standing around talking ignoring customers. The best thing about my visit was the cashier. She was very fast, efficient, and professional. Even though she seemed to be the only one working with any sense of urgency.
This JCP does not have enough workers on the floor to help. Other than that it's a typical JCP to shop at. I have not had a bad experience there.
Friendly customer service, but extremely slow.
One down fall that makes me want to drive close to an hour away to another JCP is the fact that there are no workers in the departments, and if you need help you must wait in the register line for help with an item or finding an item. The lines are so long.
It sucks when you get to a store and hours are different from the online hours. JC Penneys need to go ahead and corrector the hours online if they want to go ahead and keep customers coming in the morning because what I see is that online it opens at 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. In the afternoon on the store's door
Customer service was terrible. Buy and pick up the came day. Didn't t happen, went to pick up the shoes they didn't have them. Had to wait another day. What's the purpose of buying same day and pick up.
Tiny store. Hardly any choice/options. Luckily I found what I needed, but I would have liked a better selection. Shelves were a mess, making me have to dig.
Not enough staff to call this a good store, this store is nothing like the former J.C.Penny's.
There was no one available to assist I any dept. I had one of the cashiers page someone to come to lingerie but no one showed. I would have spent more money had there been someone there to assist me.
Went today to possibly buy a suit as had gotten an ad and coupon in the mail. There were absolutely no sales people on the floor to help find anything. I couldn't find my size so left. I can get better help at Wal-Mart. It was my first time in a long time back to Penney's, but I don't see any difference in the "new" JC Penny. In NC they actually have sales people on the floor that know the merchandise and can help you find what you need. But not in TX, home of JC Penny. Strange.
I like shopping here but it was kinda messy last time I went.
Hate to pickup items. Only one person at counter and 10-12 people waiting to pickup or check out. MOSTLY to check out. RIDICULOUS ....I prefer shipping to home, and use this when my order is over $100.
The line wasn't long, so it was an easy process to get my on-line purchase. The cashier was friendly.
I ordered some school shirts online, for the half price online offer. When you get there to pick up your order; that's when they go to the departments and pull the order. Kind of weird...
Need to update signs outside of the store indicating times the store is open. Clearly says 9:00 am they don't open until 10:00 am.
So so prices and the staff. Nothing special to be honest.
Online ordering is abysmal. System will send you emails saying that you can pick up items between certain dates. Do not heed this. Do not go to the store until you receive something explicitly stating items are at the store. Store does not display hours on doors. Employees leave much to be desired. Does customer service exist anymore?
I like the merchandise but the checkout lines were too long.
So im use to picking up my order from back of store but it was closed I had to pickup online order in front wait in line then she had to go to back off store to get my order this was a Friday at 4pm so I was baffled they need more staff

I have been to the Cedar Hill store twice in last 2 weeks. There was only 2 lines open and they were ridiculously long. They need to hire more employees and open more lines, especially now for the holidays. I will not be going back to this location.

I like the merchandise here and prices, but the customer service is terrible; barely any employees & they don't seem great. The store is messy in certain areas & things are hard to find. They run out of certain popular items & take forever to restock. The restroom is the nastiest public restroom I've ever been in especially the strong smell.
You can find great bargains here & the clothes are good quality.
Good service and when you catch the sales even better.
I shop here all the time. Hope our JC Penny in Uptown never close.
It's in a nice area. Clean store and good selection of men's suits. They don't have a in house tailor though.
Couldn't get help and was given the wrong size she forgot to put my receipt in the bag like I asked
