This place over schedules their services so you end up waiting way longer than at a good shop. I had a tire rotation scheduled for 11:30 a.m., at an hour and 20 minutes later they hadn't even taken my car in for the 10 minute service! They said they couldn't find my ticket, but I was next and it would be very quick. Then they said they were understaffed. Right. Twenty minutes after that, my car is still parked in the parking lot. So I waited an hour and 40 minutes for nothing because at that point I got my car and left and will be complaining to management. I hadn't scheduled three hours for a tire rotation in the middle of my day, go figure. They also told me the first time I went there that the metal on metal squealing brake sound on my brand new Toyota with 7k miles was just something I would have to live with. Terrible.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. Had a hybrid system software update on my Prius- due to a recall. Took it in and service was slow, waited 3 hours to have it updated. Also explained that I was having engine and hybrid system lights appear on my dash, then power lost and stalled while accelerating on interstate. No response from service tech at desk. Very careless attitude overall, but I thought the recall/update might address this. A week later, the issue happens again and I lose power, my car stalls while driving. Upon further research, I read info that diagnostic codes appear that may indicate parts need repaired with recall per Toyota, covered by Toyota. Advisor at dealership told me You heard wrong and none of these parts are included in this recall. In addition, diagnostic fee of $99 plus whatever parts and labor are is what I can expect to pay out of pocket. That might be the case, but it seemed odd considering this is exactly as the recall describes, and aside from that is a safety concern and legal issue if he didn t research this fully and I have an accident. I felt he was dismissive and careless considering the nature of a safety recall.

I Called Toyota manufacturer and they said it seems other repairs might be included per several diagnostic codes listed in tech instructions. A case has been opened and I will be hearing back from manufacture within 24 hours.

Update/Edit: found the recall online through government site, photo included. Also, advisor named Don. This info was the opposite of what he stated, and is downright dangerous.

I recently moved here from out of state. I brought my wife's car in for Toyota Extended Care maintenance. Bryce was very helpful and attentive to my needs. He called once the car was ready for pick up and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary wash. Great first experience with Jay Wolfe Toyota!

Just finished getting my service done on my 2012 Camary. Been going to Jay Wolfe Toyota since 2014, and this is the most positive, relaxing experience I have every had. I didn't feel that needless services were pushed on me, especially being female. Mr. Hernandez worked with me very professionally, understood that I got as many services as my budget allowed at the time, and will most likely include the other service on my next visit. I felt dignified in the level of customer service I received. Thank you so very kindly, Andrew!

Took over a week to get in for an oil change on a car bought recently from this location. Service staff was friendly and professional. This would have been a higher rating if not for the staffing issues or what ever other challenges resulted in significant delay to get basic preventative maintenance performed. Their typical waiting room food was not available and no coffee during my visit on a weekday first thing in the morning. Sales made big promises regarding their standout service when I bought the car and the only thing that stood out was the wait to get the service performed.

Wanted to give my return business back to Jay Wolfe after purchasing my Camry almost two years ago. I worked with Saman and could tell instantly things weren't going to go well. I told him exactly what I was looking for, which they didn't have, I knew what my car was worth and I wasn't interested in all the back and forth. Of course the trade offer was low and he wanted to argue with me and tell me that most people don't know how to look up the values of their cars. My husband and I have traded cars before. We know how the game works buddy! He also proceeded to tell me that my car was not worth what I wanted for it and that there was no way I paid that much for it. He also told me that I needed to consider the 4 year, 45,000 mile services that Jay Wolfe provides as well. I told him that I wanted my keys and that they would not be receiving any return business from me. Who tries to argue with the customer??

I have been all over the place looking for The corolla cross this place had one more loaded then I wanted but I felt like this car was worth the extra money . So I made the 35 min drive after I got and appointment set up to test drive. look at the car I'm ready to test drive it. for the sales lady to pretty much tell me I need almost Purchased the car before I can test drive it. so im mad talk to the sales manager for him to say this and that but honestly it seemed like she thought I could not afford the car needless to say I'm already pre approved for that amount and i was fully willing to drive off with that car today . The sales manager did try to say that he had no problem w me test driving it but why would I do business with a company when the sales rep treats me that way.

We had a great experience buying a brand new Toyota Highlander Hybrid SUV from Jay Wolfe Toyota.

Gonzalo was professional, helpful & friendly. He helped me narrow the selection of vehicles down quickly, arranged for me to drive my final choice home to show my wife, and then gave us a great deal without a ton of haggling (thank you).

The extras Jay Wolfe offered (for example, 4 year free maintenance) were all helpful in making my final decision to buy from them. We love our new SUV and enjoyed our sales experience.

I never thought buying a vehicle could be so easy. I didn t spend all day sitting around. I test drove the vehicle on my own and when I got back it wasn t long before I was driving off the lot. The staff are not pushy and seem
to be genuine people.
