In addition to being a great place to purchase comics and related items, it serves as a monument to the film and comic career of Kevin Smith. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and the selection is vast.

I visited my Kevin Smith Mecca because I was in the area for work. Great place. The staff was friendly and kindly recommended some comic books to get restarted with since I stopped reading back in '95. Only downside is parking is not so easy. Metered parking in a very hoity toity business area, lol. I plan on going back.

My wife and I come here every year around early December to celebrate our anniversary. It has kind of become a tradition. We love stopping by, buying something and hopefully see one of the guys as we are fans of the show.

Pretty good selection of Kevin Smith books if you want to pay inflated pricing for Cacophony or his Daredevil stuff. But not much else. It's not so much a comic ship as a sound stage for the series. What back issues they did have were priced pretty conservatively but there wasn't a lot of selection. Staff was rude. Not the place I was expecting.

Traveled 2 hours to check out the shop. We were not disappointed. Lots of awesome comics, memorabilia from Clerks and other movies, its kinda like a little museum as well. Very cool a must see. We will be going back down in the spring time. Bring quarters for metered parking right in front of the shop.

Visited the Secret stash all the way from Boston to find that the place is over-hyped. The show leads one to believe the secret stash is the mecca of comics; but it seemed more like a Hollywood prop shop. The place is all decor and has more Jay and Silent Bob merch than it does comics. Very low inventory, and very overpriced, with a not so friendly staff. I really wanted to like it.

Few places actually live up to your expectations, but this one definitely did. I was in the shop by myself, and Walt couldn't have been more gracious, and answered several questions about items in the store. Brandon checked me out at the register, and seemed genuinely interested in who I was and I was there. Walt and Ming signed my Clerk's trade paperback, and Walt even did a custom sketch for me in the "Cryptozoic Man" trade. It's a must visit if you're a Kevin Smith fan, a "Comic Book Man" fan, or a TESD fan.

Drove 2 hours to see this place. It ended up being very underwhelming. The staff clearly did not want to be there and did not feel welcomed.

It was cool seeing the collectables and movie props that weren't for sale.

The inventory was very scarce. They had a good amount of comic books, but that's about it. Collectables and Funkos were basically gone.

Overall, I'm glad I got to see Jay and Silent Bob's Secret Stash... But most likely never coming back.

At first glance this is cool, its more than just a little comic chop but an actual store. There's tons of great comics old to new, great designs and cool memorabilia but the some of the staff are very unkind and extremely sarcastic both in person and over the phone.

Stopped here on my way back home from NYC. It was worth the trip. I met Mike and got some merch. Best part is they had The Fabulous Killjoys book I have been looking for. I recommend for anyone who is a fan or just wants to look at the selection.

Tourist trap
Barnes and Nobles have better selections

NJ/NYC has a plethora of comic shops
Venture elsewhere... unless you're a Kevin Smith fan

I ordered online and chose fedex delivery cause it happened to be cheaper to Canada. The website told me that any orders with autographed items will take 6-8 weeks longer to have signed. None the less my order arrived to my door in less than 48 hours from when i ordered (again I'm in Canada) with a few bonuses. Can't speak for the brick and mortar location but I am very pleased with my online order.

The space is small, but the impact is pretty big. I had a great time browsing. There's a well-used game table in the back, and I hear Kevin makes an appearance to game fairly frequently.

There's some awesome memorabilia inside, and lots of merch from my favorite movies. If I lived within a couple hours of this place, I'd be there twice a week. Awesome, chill atmosphere... And very helpful staff. 10/10 would recommend.

I just have to say it was a pleasure to go to the Stash! It's a very welcoming place with funny and pleasant people. My wife and I drove down from upstate NY for our anniversary and it couldn't have been a better experience. If you're a comic fan, Kevin Smith fan or you just like anything geeky and fun the Stash is a must.

My first store visit that wasn't a grocery store since the Pandemic began, it was a quick trip for some essentials, but can not wait to go back and browse for fun finds. You always feel better after a trip to The Stash. Love this crew and store!

Secret Stash is a neat place to go if you enjoy Kevin Smith movies. I would not recommend it so much as a comic store, but to go in and see all of the Jay and Silent Bob merch and props is really cool. As a comic shop, new issues are organized on a wall that feel cluttered together making it hard to find issues. The TPBs and the back issues aren't as organized, and they lean a lot towards DC.

Overall, if you're a Kevin Smith fan, you should check it out once, but after that, the novelty fades. As a comic shop, I am not a particular fan. If they had better organization and trade selection, I would be all for it. But for now, it's just a Kevin Smith novelty store.
