Fair hotel in midtown. Staff is nice, rooms are spacious and the breakfast is ok. Easy access to the BTS Skytrain.

This is an excellent hotel, right next to the skytrain. Great service, 5 Star quality rooms and at a great price.

Felt very luxorious for the 2700baht we spend for a night. The room had an amazing view and was really comfortable with both a shower and bathtub. The location however wasn't so much fun, so we ended up staying at the hotelroom the whole night.
Amazingly variated breakfast included, the dinner however was a bit expensive.

At the foot of a BTS station, convenient for departures on excursion in Bkk. Nice breakfast with everything you need. Restaurant with very correct prices, 160 baths the pad Thai shrimp. We tested the indoor pool with jaccouzy and outdoor. The sauna is very good, for the hamam it lacks some essential oils. We had a very nice well equipped room with washing machine, fridge, microwave, safety box, bath, Italian shower. The gym is well equipped, and I recommend a good aromatic massage. In short, it is a place where one feels good and where one is well received. I advise 100 per cent.

They are charging minimum 1000 THB for any damage. We damaged Iron board (just a little spot) and they charged us 1000 THB. They said, it s our policy to charge minimum 1000 THB for any damage. I found the same features Iron brand at 199 THB. When I told them that I will buy one and provide them. First they agree then they told it should be same brand. I found the same brand at 299 THB shown them picture then they asked for same color and design. Oh common... You just want to rob your customers in any case.

I suggest, everyone not to select this hotel.

Loved the hotel. Prime location with easy access to the BTS station so easy transportation. Friendly staff. Room was amazing and very large with kitchen and laundry, and a fantastic view in all 3 rooms of the suite. Pool and all facilities are very nice and beautiful. Breakfast is very good as well, delicious. Only request that the staff learn more English as they are interacting with tourists everyday.

Five star look, ambience and facilities but the service is not so good. Their attitude towards Indians is appalling.

I'm staying in the outskirts of the city rather than in the noisy city. I'm right in front of the BTS.
Cleanliness seems to depend on the staff cleaning every floor.
Sometimes I see a lot of dust in the mold and the 14th floor easel was clean.
It's convenient to traffic. I go to Bangkok often. I stay here about four times a year.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in. They pay attention to every little detail within the room. My room was squeaky clean and modernly furnished with an amazing view of Bangkok. Super close to BTS and other public transportation systems.

I stayed at 21st floor and room was clean and huge enough. Also location was near the station. However water pressure of shower was not much so it was a bit difficult to take shower and shower head was also not very nice.

Next to the MRT, in the urban area, there is a super business nearby, the room is very soundproof, the bathroom toilet is dry and wet, the refrigerator has a convenient drink, and the price can be quite cheap.

It is conveniently located in front of BTS Phra Khanong Station. Even if you came by taxi from the airport, it did not cost 300B. The hotel has a separate bedroom above the corner suite, and it is sure to have a washing machine and I think it is good for a long stay. There is a gym, yoga room, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna and a squash area for free use. Breakfast will be lower in number and type compared to the same series of Jasmine City, but it should be sufficient for a short stay. In the case of long-term stay, there are many stalls on the market near Prakanon Road in the vicinity, and there is a 24-hour convenience store with top value next to it, so it will be quite possible even if you miss Japanese food. There are many convenience stores in the Prakanon market.

Very kindly called the pharmacy location and taxi. Some staff can speak Japanese.

Had a very bad experience
2 branded Tshirts were stolen from my sons room on the very first day we checked in
The management did not do anything about it
The gm gave me her email to inform her if I had found the tshirts at home I sent her a mail to inform her
She has blocked me so that I don t mail her

This hotel is conveniently located right next to the Phra Kanong BTS station and the small district "W District" with a pleasant foodcort.
The rooms are comfortable and well appointed (safe / fridge / small kitchen / washing machine / lounge area / ...)
The bathroom has a shower and a bath.
The breakfast has a lot of choices.
The staff is very friendly and pro.

I think it is good because Japanese is transmitted. The room is normal. It is not bad

Eat in the restaurant for the second time. Food quality is excellent, on a par with the best in Bangkok and at street cart prices. This is a hidden gem. Very clean and modern with nice atmosphere.

Beside the BTS, the transportation is convenient and the price is relatively acceptable. The service staff must be trained to meet the needs of the guests (but concierge is very good)!

A quiet place to spend your time in Bangkok.There are number of eateries around the place like W market.Overall had a pleasant experience, the improvement can be in there food menu.

It is in front of the station, and the city mart (ion system) is also next to it. The Thai restaurant on the ground floor was delicious but cheap! I want to stay here again.
In addition, as it is far from the city center, there are no traffic jams to and from the airport, and it takes about 15 minutes to the Chit Lom by BTS.
