There are (and were) some truly impressive people ...
There are (and were) some truly impressive people working here. I believe that if all the people at the company were properly valued, given adequate guidance and leadership (of the non-adversarial type), and included in considerations as more than simple tools (pun intended), they and the company would thrive.
If you are a client of Jasa, you should know that there are some excellent, dedicated people working on your behalf. The current engineer of record, for instance, is a person of great intelligence and professional integrity who spends a lot of time helping others to fully comprehend the most difficult elements of the issues at hand. I could extol the virtues of others at Jasa as well, but I want to keep this fairly brief and that position seems most salient for a client. If you want to know more, feel free to contact me.
Despite my admiration for many of the people at Jasa, it would be dishonest to judge the company solely on the qualities of the employees. I've included (among other causes) the system of arbitrary rules, the culture of blame, and the waste caused by distrust, as part of my personal rationale for the rating. I don't believe I owe more of an explanation to anyone, but I will gladly provide more information to those whom I can help in making a decision about future association with Jasa.
I think (and have heard said)that those at Jasa know where the primary problem sits, but only one person has the power to remove that problem... and that's the problem.
