Mixed experiences with Jasa. Tom is great. Jared is great. On one job I had a question. I had already been invoiced. I called and asked to talk with the engineer before making a payment and Thuy accused me of blackmailing the company when I told them I was willing to pay but I just wanted to discuss a question before giving a check. This was after a one month time period of emails and calls and getting no communication back. On previous jobs I've had good experiences though.
