There is a man who works at the reception, where you show his membership card to go to the training room (dark skin color and tattoos on his arms), He is always so sass, last time I Introduced myself there, when I mentioned my last name to him, he referred (rather unnecessary) to my mother who supposedly had an argument with him a few days before. Today I am still unsure of how this affected me and the purpose of his comment. Anyway, when I arrived he let me know that my account was suspended because apparently I had not made the last two payments. I, who was completely perplexed because I had no idea what he was talking about, decided to ask him more details about it. I asked him how it was possible that the payments did not go through and he replied, and I quote, precisely, I was expecting you to explain to me . Sorry ? So the gymnasium doesn't send me any letter or email to let me know what's going on and when I introduce myself it is from this gentleman that I find out? And besides in a cheeky way? No thanks. I'm not aware of his exact position in this company, but he's obviously let it go to his head and no one seems to react to it.

I go here because it is convenient but the sauna is not great! the gym is beautiful and the devices are modern. I do not go to the pool but especially the gym and sauna / steam room. It's always busy during class so know that you have to come in advance if you want to spot

Reviewing for the International Language School - French classes are really great! With gym membership, I cannot complain. Great facilities!

If you go for free, be prepared to be treated like a welfare case. The staff makes sure that you enter by a different door. Not a good experience and I have been a member several times in the past.

Great gym with indoor swimming pool. Lots of activities offered. Very crowded between 6pm - 9pm. Quite pricey too.
