Attended a Bonsai class here. Nice building, great course.
Great place with all the resources and history regarding Japanese Canadians.
I attend Japanese language class level2. My sensi is wonderful and makes Japanese learning fun with bingo games, etc. Arigado Gozimaz.
Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Food is great too
has great screening facility for films. lots of events and classes too. shame it is so far away.
Went for Matsuri...definitely coming back with or without events to shop. Beautiful place to visit.
great facility. Well maintained with friendly staff, and easily accessible parking.
A great place to watch movies , listen to music , enjoy free art galleries and get to know the Japanese culture and traditions
Great place to experience a Japanese film before international release. The JCCC has a nice little snack bar which is open for movies. Bring some money and try a snack that you may find hard to find anywhere else in Toronto. Clean facilities. Polite staff and volunteers. I haven't seen any live performances but I will make it a point to do so before years end. From their advertising, it looks like they have a good selection of art, dance, music and puppetry :-)
Clean facility. I've taken karate classes here. My daughter has her piano recitals here. Free parking. Handicap accessible.
Experienced a little of the culture, read a bit about the history, and tried some of the interesting and delicious food! They had a live music show, and the drums were heart pointing wonderful!
JCCC is a great place to learn about the Japanese culture. They offer a variety of classes (e.g., language and martial arts) and many cultural events are held at JCCC.
Beautiful design, Informative museum style with heavily detail of culture and influence. Clean and building location is not far from local eating areas.
It's a unique place to visit with so many kind people, you can learn about the Nikkei (japanese canadian) people a lot here, and most workers are them too.
Really friendly staff with a great little cafeteria. Nice open area lots of seating for spectators (parents)
We loved the gallery and everyone was very nice and helpful.
You can learn so much about the culture in this place. Live Japanese Festival!
Extremely clean and inviting place. I came here for a job interview and was thoroughly impressed with the staff and the general make of this building.
One of Best Inter-Cultural Centers In Toronto.Excellent.Thank you.
JCCC is awesome. Did Japanese level 1 there and had a great teacher and the office staff are so nice. They have a little snack bar open as well. Lots of great events there.
This place is wonderful. People are very nice, free parking is available for visitors, and the space is beautiful. So many cultural things happening all the time. At the moment there is an art exhibition at the gallery, mind blowing. Highly recommended!
Amazing place to learn about Japanese culture! I recommend volunteering here; they have plenty of fun events with which to help out!
I visited for an art exhibition, it is a lovely space, and the staff were very helpful.
Great cultural centre.
Lots of Japanese cultural activities and festivals.
I go here for Language lessons. They are pretty good about teaching you the necessary information and review.
But there is no evaluations or testing done. But the price compared to classes to any other place in toronto cannot be matched.
Everything from art to history to martial arts to cultural events - all in one beautiful building.
