The biggest crooks in commercial cleaning. All these franchises work the same. You're better off getting your own cleaning business. You will lose money with them and wont be able to hire anyone. They will give you low money contracts. Real life snake oil salesman.

Jan-Pro was coming to our office and not cleaning the office after several phone calls to the sales team we spoke with Jim the manager and sent Jim and his team videos of the cleaning team sleeping on the job office. I would not recommend Jan-Pro of Nashville and Jim's Team........
Thanks for your response The problem was with three owners and the videos do show people coming in and sleeping for an hour before leave. I have provided the a few clips to Dan and Adam I hope that you have a chance to review them I have also offered you the full video on a USB Drive so you can do training but Dan didn't think that would be necessary. You charged my officer for work that was not done and will not correct it. People should know what type of company you are.
These guys do a great job! The have some amazing technology that I can't begin to explain - you have to see it. Their system gets the job done from top to bottom. Jim and the rest of the team provide the service to back it up.
Our small nonprofit had a 3-month contract with Jan Pro of Nashville. In that time the keys to our office being given to a stranger who entered our office without cleaning it, on three occasions we returned to the office after a cleaning to find something had been broken, we experienced repeated non-responsiveness to attempts to communicate with Jan Pro staff, were repeatedly overcharged on monthly invoices, and after we ended our contract due to property damage they have not returned money for services that were prepaid. I spent more time trying to work with their staff and 'right the wrongs' than if I had cleaned the office myself, I do not know how they remain in business. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Update: The stranger did not clean anything which was confirmed by the franchisee after being called out. We were given a second franchisee who I understand you've never received a complaint about, but we found broken items after 3 out of 4 cleanings. And no, we have not received the refund from prepaid services but you could have easily provided this clarification instead of ignoring our multiple requests. I stand by my review.

Have owned my franchise for a year and a half and the experience has been great thus far. Favorable scheduling, a steady stream of new business, a reliable supporting office, and an overall improvement to my quality of life since I started working for myself. I came in with the base package and now I've risen to the top. Jan-Pro is what you make it. Don't listen to those who say there are hidden fees or you can't make any money, all not true. Not only are all fees discussed in the initial training class, it's in your franchisee folder as well as your monthly statement. If you put in the work to run your business properly and work hard, the sky is the limit!
We highly recommend Jan-Pro! Robert does a fantastic job!! We're (JSJ Construction, LLC) a small water/sewer construction business with about 20 employees and the guys come in/out of the office all week long dragging in mud & dirt. After a long week the office can look pretty bad, however, on Monday when we come in the office is spotless. Very reputable company, with kind and trustworthy employees. If you're looking for a cleaning company, I highly recommend JAN-PRO!!
These guys do awesome work and best of all if they miss something they come back immediately and fix it! Our pet spa always smells amazing thanks to them.

JanPro is making money off franchisees with high hidden fees and paying for clients. They try to stress to non-business savvy individuals that you buy in cheap and that are your own boss and not an employee of Janpro but that is not how it is at all. They wont even let you have a conversation with the clients until the day you are supposed to show up to clean the business. You buy in cheap but after work your tail off for months you bring nothing home. If you want more work you have to keep buying upgrades into the franchise. The only one making money is JanPro. Pretty soon the drop out rate of the franchises is going to catch up with them.
