Our small nonprofit had a 3-month contract with Jan Pro of Nashville. In that time the keys to our office being given to a stranger who entered our office without cleaning it, on three occasions we returned to the office after a cleaning to find something had been broken, we experienced repeated non-responsiveness to attempts to communicate with Jan Pro staff, were repeatedly overcharged on monthly invoices, and after we ended our contract due to property damage they have not returned money for services that were prepaid. I spent more time trying to work with their staff and 'right the wrongs' than if I had cleaned the office myself, I do not know how they remain in business. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Update: The stranger did not clean anything which was confirmed by the franchisee after being called out. We were given a second franchisee who I understand you've never received a complaint about, but we found broken items after 3 out of 4 cleanings. And no, we have not received the refund from prepaid services but you could have easily provided this clarification instead of ignoring our multiple requests. I stand by my review.
