I doctor schedule my surgery for January 21 got a call telling gme I had to reschedule surgery casue of they was having staff problems this second time . Now I have wait another month or so . What is wrong with idiots at hospital
Very poor medical services! As a retired nurse of 30 yrs! I wouldn't take my dog there!!
Treated like family not a number. Now offering improved MRI services at the hospital along with all the other professional radiology exams. New General Surgeon started July 2018 with great reviews from the patients. we have an awesome Wound Care program. Come check out our services and if you are disappointed, please let administration know your issues so we can fix them. Our expectations are that you leave with positive visit.
My NP referred me here to get a screening mammogram. I waited an hour and 15 minutes, with no one checking in to say what the hold up was. This is a very poor service to this community. I would recommend folks take the extra hour to drive to Cookeville and be treated professionally and promptly!! There is no excuse for this!
Not all all impressed with the day shift in the we OR the operator that answers the phone. Was treated very poorly over the phone when calling due to my husband having issues with the meds he was given. Night shift is WAY more courteous n professional then day shift!
As a retired nurse, I appreciate the prompt efficient care I received. The doctor and nurses were professional and pleasant.
The quick and expert thinking of the staff saved my mother from being paralyzed from a stroke.. TWICE!!
Within 2 weeks my mother suffered 2 severe strokes and each time..

I had surgery here 9 months ago. The surgery itself and the staff were great but I am so dissatisfied with the billing service. Originally, they quoted $1500 for my procedure but offered to settle at $950 if I paid it all at once on the day of my procedure so I agreed. After sending the bill to my insurance, the contracted amount turned out to be $150. They cashed the check from my insurance on Sept. 28 but have still not refunded the $800 overpayment even though they agree that it is due. Each time I've called, they've advised me that I should get a check the following month but I am still waiting.
Excellent ER with highly trained staff. They offer a lot of services for a small community hospital. Great wound care department. State of the art surgical center with new surgeon now on staff. Their inpatient care is outstanding with highly trained nursing staff that really give great care.
the worst I don't even know how they are still open they got these lazy ass doctor's n RNs that like to be disrespectful to patients this hospital really needs some people that actually knows what they doing
Waited patiently for 2 hours to been seen and some one else walked in and got took right back. So walked up and asked and they even said they forgot!!!! Will not be back.
I have a kidney stone producing disease. With the agonizing pain of a stone, you expect everyone in the ER to help you, have empathy, show sympathy, show you kindness with dignity and respect and get you out of pain. Not here. They treat me like a drug seeking addict. I am not. The doctors need to step in my shoes and they ll see what it s like. Don t know the oriental doctors name but he is the worst doctor EVER! I drive to Crossville where I m treated the way I deserve to be.
Dr. Allen is the absolute worst ER doctor I have ever seen. Neither I, nor my children or grandchildren will visit this hospital again while he is a staff member.
The nursing staff was wonderful!
