What started as a bad movie turned out to be good time. Our 40 year old Land Rover was leaking fuel and had to be picked up by the ADAC and delivered it with us at the nearest Land Rover Dealership. What kind service could we expect with a 40 year old Landy?

Then we met Jean-Pierre Reiter, one of the salesman of Jaguar Land Rover and he gave us top service.

He not only booked a hotel for us and drove us to that hotel. We also made a short sightseeing tour through the beautiful Trier and to top of... great restaurant tips!

If we where in the market for a new Land Rover, he would be the one to buy it from.

For years my wife and I have been looking for a vehicle at various Range Rover dealers. However, there was never a purchase, as our questions about details of the vehicle (e.g. minimum and maximum length of the seat cushions for the various model variants) were not answered satisfactorily anywhere. By chance we visited Jaguar Land Rover Trier without an appointment and received very friendly and extremely competent advice from Mr. Reiter. We have never met a salesperson before who had such knowledge about the products they sell. Even in corona times, the delivery date of the ordered vehicle was met.

Beware of this company. Accidental damage is concealed, date was therefore agreed under false assumptions.
Hours of marathon, absolutely incompetent staff with no information about the car or they are deliberately kept secret.
Conclusion: untrustworthy !!!

I contacted this car dealership because I needed help with an individual inspection.

Although I am not a customer there, nor have I ever been there, I tried to help as much as possible. Unfortunately the dealership couldn't find a solution, but in the end I was able to solve my problem.

I think that this kind of helpfulness also makes it possible to recognize a good dealership for non-customers.

Agreements take forever and then don't work. Nobody reports back. Service looks different.

Professional and very pleasant sales advice. This experience with the Heister company and Mr. Hahn (sales consultant) influenced the decision to purchase Pro to a decisive extent.

Excellent operation for Jaguar and Land Rover. In particular, Mr. Reiter from the new car sales department should be mentioned here. Due to his commitment, service and expertise, we always feel that we are in good hands.

Really bad! First waited for over 30 minutes to be taken care of and then gave snooty, unfriendly and unqualified advice. An absolute insolence to be treated like this at a Jaguar & Land Rover dealership. There is 1 star because 0 is not possible. But the countless negative reports from friends were unfortunately confirmed. I absolutely advise against this car dealer!

Our new Land Rover Evoque was handed over to us by Mr. Reiter, and in short, everything fits here that you want as a customer! We look forward to future cooperation!
