I can only give very limited details on service as I didn't even get chance to enter the showroom. My old car was a wreck but I had just changed jobs and as a result, come about a large salary change. As I drove into the car park, one member of staff pointed at my car, laughed and then proceeded to summon another member to join him! I felt so ashamed, I would never consider recommending this place. All was well as the same day I drove to another large local dealer and signed a finance agreement with them and their service was so fantastic, I hope they received a large commission.

Recently purchased a Mercedes C Class, initially contacted them by telephone and then drove the 1 and hour hours to visit them, car was as described, Lloyds made me feel very welcome and relaxed upon arrival, customer service was fantastic and the whole process was quick and easy

Retirement present

After taking early retirement,
I had always promised myself that it would buy a Range Rover Evoque,
Not just any Range Rover Evoque, it had to have certain requirements,
Around 2-3 years old, The Colour had to be Colris Grey with a Black roofline,
A Panoramic glass roof, Black and red leather interior, Black pack options,
And black alloy wheels The final cherry on the cake being a 6 speed Manual gear box,
Sorry automatics just don t do it for me..

After months of searching, without any luck, either they were high mileage or automatic,

I finally found one that had all the requirements.. And it was local.
So on a hot bank holiday, Monday morning I set off to Lloyds Premium Cars,
On arrival I did not expect the very professional approach by Craig, as I made enquiries about the car, An Evoque Hse Dynamic, complete with Black pack.
I was certainly not expecting taking the car for a test drive with the amount of traffic on the surrounding roads with it being a bank holiday and Blackpool getting rather busy.
Craig said it would not be a problem, so off we went,
After around 45 minutes and a detour due to traffic we arrived back at Lloyd Premium Cars, and I was impressed, very impressed with how the car handled the road and how easy it was to drive .
Sold Craig took a deposit, Completed some minor paperwork, and from then on, up to collection of the vehicle, Craig took care of everything, from changing my personal Reg plate over to having the car Mot d, taxed, and serviced, everything was taken care of very professionally.
I am now the very proud owner of A Range Rover Evoque, with all the bells and whistles I could wish for,
And more important, I brought it from a very professional and knowledgeable car dealership,
Thank you Craig for making the purchase of the car a very pleasant experience,
And the following week Craig phoned me just to check I was still happy with the Car.

Probably one of the best car sales garage and crew in the uk

Went to buy a second hand car following a very traumatic car crash. The staff were very understanding and patient with me. Walked round to look.... no pressure... took a test drive...still no pressure ... left and went back the following day. All my questions answered and they confirmed all scratches and knocks would be delt with.. small discount and a 12 month warranty. Even the owner came to say thank you for my business... what does that say ... very professional and definately recommended.

Bought a vehicle of Lloyds, general sales process went well but forgot to put one of the mats and the car.

Sale was all done over the phone and over the next few weeks I could see that there was a lot of stone chips to the front bumper, rear bumper had several scratches that were not the easiest to see at first due to the colour being black (only 600 miles done approx). Lloyds agreed and repaired these 2 bumpers. I was very grateful.



Now i understand, it was a few months into ownership (only done 1600-1700 miles), but when there is clear evidence of bad repainting with cracking, dimples and mismatching thickness , there is goodwill and respect that should be honoured by the dealership. I did offer to pay and have an independent engineer s report done on it, but the director still said he has no obligation to do anything legally.

I have had several people tell me and inform me that there is issues with paint and this is embarrassing. A repaint costs a very high price and this is not something economical to do.

This has left me in a difficult position and I can do nothing but for any future buyers, i do not recommend this branch. What sort of Major dealer (BMW/Mini branch next door) brings in stock that has had a fully body repaint of poor quality previously)?
