Jagoe wouldn t give us a time of day to build for us. We was told they build all over the area.. And was under the impression that they will build for us. But changed their mind and said we live too far out..? Plus we found out that they wasn t honest to us about other things as well. Anyways I feel that they are just in it for business and not for the customers. From how I understand, this company is full of greed and pride. I never write bad reviews, but I feel like they wasn t honest, we wasn t treated right, and Jagoe needs to be in this 100% for the customers and do whatever they can for them. Therefore they wasn t like that to us so Jagoe is not in this 100% for customers like they need to be.

It's before 6am and I live in an established neighbor on the west side of Owensboro. They are constructing a new build, and the noise is completely unacceptable for this hour. People do have jobs that require sleep. Please look into this, Jagoe !!!!!!!! ( Very angry)
I was hesitant to build a home 600 miles from where I live, especially since it was on my own lot, but the entire team at Jagoe made it so easy. They were great from the initial design work, revisions I wanted to an existing floor plan, and site work that had to be done to make this home possible. The framing crew was amazing, and all the finishes were top notch. Their warranties are a great incentive. I would highly recommend Jagoe to anyone considering building a new home. Mike, the construction superintendent was the best!
Jagoe homes are awesome homes. Buying a new home with Jagoe is a great experience. As a Realtor, I love listing a Jagoe built home... I know it will do well in inspections. I love referring buyers to my awesome Jagoe sales Team.
Jagoe, Mark, and the rest of the staff we interacted with were professional and excellent to deal with. I believe that they were reasonable for what the market was offering at the point of purchase and I haven't found anything that leads me to believe this home won't be ours and in good repair for a long time.
