I'm from out of state. Came here to have some dim sum and Chinese food. Walked in to first wait 10 mins to be seated. When seated took another 10 to get the order in. While eating, no one ever came to ask if we needed anything. Never got a tea refill. Waited a ridiculous amount of time to get the bill. They did not seem to want to serve any customers. Was dissappointed. Food was good however.
Best dim sum in the greater Seattle area, it does get crowded and the lines can get long, so go early
Food was good, but the customer service didn't exist. Servers were rude. Got charged extra 17% of total for the tip for only 3 people. I would have left my own tip, but only for the kitchen. Would recommend take out only!
It is a typical Chinese restaurant that allow Asian customers to share table or cut in the line. They don't care if you call ahead of time nor spend over an hour waiting on the street. They are so busy, so they simply don't care.
Once I got the table, they gave me a glass of ice water only. Nobody would came and gave me any service. There was no carts come to the back of the restaurant, because the waitress were busy talking with their friends. After I finally able to order the green tea, I never receive the tea and it was charged on the bill.
Dim sum was tasty, but I would recommend Harbor City Restaurant if you simply want to eat Chinese dim sum in Chinatown.
Best "Dim Sum" in Seattle. The selection is 2nd to none, and the taste is worth the wait. These are what the family and i had today. There's at least 5 times more choices everyday.
Dim sum is pretty good here but not as great as it used to be. There is usually a long wait during lunch time to get a table.
I've been here both for lunch and dinner. Lunch is pretty much just dim-sum. The food here is really good, but the cleanness of the restaurant can certainly be improved.
Taking some late night travels in Seattle at about 12am and we were looking for some food and their online hours stated they are open from 9am-3:30am so we made our way down but they were closed, hours on the door also said 9am-3:30am.. I called three times until they picked up just so I could know if they were closed for cleaning or what.. the guy says they changed their hours and close at 12.. Change the damn signs, don t waste your time.
Very packed but the service was nice. Making reservations ahead of time would be helpful especially if you have a big group.

Great lunch spot in the IDF to grab Dim Sum, make sure to ask for fresh food, otherwise you make get some cold dumplings that have been sitting on the cart for awhile
