It is a typical Chinese restaurant that allow Asian customers to share table or cut in the line. They don't care if you call ahead of time nor spend over an hour waiting on the street. They are so busy, so they simply don't care.

Once I got the table, they gave me a glass of ice water only. Nobody would came and gave me any service. There was no carts come to the back of the restaurant, because the waitress were busy talking with their friends. After I finally able to order the green tea, I never receive the tea and it was charged on the bill.

Dim sum was tasty, but I would recommend Harbor City Restaurant if you simply want to eat Chinese dim sum in Chinatown.
