Tensleep A2 - 2br condo. Location is good and it was large enough for a family of 4. Wifi is good and the kitchen was adequate. But we would not stay in that condo again for a few reasons. Master bed squicks LOUDLY at every movement you make! Management lied that they have replaced the bed.This particular condo is on the first floor, but it's kind of slightly below ground - the windows are all on one side and look directly at the cars in the parking lot. There's no air conditioning, so you need to open the window, but there're no proper curtains, only shades. If you pull up the shades, everyone can see inside, if you do, no air comes in. There aren't room darkening curtains. As a result of the lack of air, tge squeaky bed, and no room darkening, sleeping was not pleasant. The bedroom door was very difficult to close and made a lot of noise The apartment is smelly, I guess because of the windows and curtain situation. All electric outlets are messed up, so chargers don't stay plugged in. Another annoyance was the amount of shampoo provided - 0.75oz for 4 people for 3 nights. Are they kidding me? Would not recommend renting this condo.

Excellent location for a trip to the Grand Tetons and for visiting downtown Jackson Hole.

Affordable and great service. Our room had a balcony which was great for relaxing after a long day of hiking and sight seeing!

A great getaway for our family with adventures close by and a fully furnished condo to return home to in the evenings was heavenly. Firewood and starter made evenings cozy and enjoyable. Wildlife furnishings added to the uniqueness of the area. Other than Door Dash not serving the area and rude service at the coffee house at the foot of the tram - our stay was about perfect.

We vacationed here for a month and did distance learning with our daughters. Our location and condo was perfect. We had space for all of us to do our work and the overall location was ideal. We could easily get on the bike trails, if we needed something we could hit up Bodega by bike. Jackson Hole Resort Lodging kept us informed if there were road closures or work that was happening. I highly recommend.

The communication pre-trip was very informative. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The welcome snacks and hand sanitizer was a really nice touch. Loved the location to Teton Village. Would have liked more balcony seating as the weather was amazing.

We stayed in indian paintbrush 1121. The unit seemed to have been updated recently. It was gorgeous inside, featuring beautiful maple woodwork, endless storage, relaxing bathrooms featuring kholer showers, and a well stocked kitchen. The kitchen felt more like home than a rental; it featured items like wusthof knives and quality plates and silverware. Especially notable is the pellet burning stove providing comforting warm. The unit is a short drive away from teton village and also features a public bus stop to get to the village (the bus stop is about a 10 min walk from the unit).

avoid JHRL properties at all cost!
We booked a JRHL property at Teton Village. With each booking, the next day it was cancelled and the reason in the email notification was "at client's request"! It was rubbish as we did not cancel it and the property later admitted it was oversold. We then made another booking at another JHRL property and it was cancelled again. The same story repeated three times. Our vacation days were coming closer and in Aug Jackson Hole is in peak season. JHRL practices added lots of stress to travel planning. Later on when we booked a non-JHRL place, a JHRL agent called me and say one of their unit is now available. No way! I would not rent any their unit in a million years!

We reserved thru Jackson Hole Resort Lodging for a stay at the ASPENS in the Berry Patch area. WE loved the location (had stayed in that condo complex before) but this time we were WAY in the back with nothing but woods and mountain views behind us. Had a doe and her babies right off the patio visit several morning and lots of birds ---- what a treat! The condo was very clean and had everything you could possibly want - you could have had dinner for twelve if you wanted. The off-site check-in was efficient and when we had a problem with the WI-FI connection the staff were extremely responsive. Would stay there and book through Jackson Hole Resort Lodging again without hesitation. We love the Jackson Hole area!

The rooms at our resort were very clean and modern. The resort was in a good location to many amazing activity options.

Fabulous houses and apartments, well serviced and maintained. We had the eagle rest 5, couldn't fault it. Had to call the maintenance guy (fuse had gone) attended in 10 mins , perfect location

We enjoyed touring the area and having a quiet place to retreat for the night. Condo was well equipped for cooking.
Luckily I took my own pillow, the ones on the bed were extremely hard and uncomfortable.

We've been coming annually for nearly 10 years now. We've stayed at Teton Pines for almost every visit, and have always enjoyed the experience. The staff is responsive, the rooms are always excellent.

My husband and I booked a condo for an anniversary getaway since the lodges in the national park were closed. We spent most of our time in the park, but when we were in the condo it was quite pleasant and suited our needs. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap were provided. The fans, which were stored in the closet, were definitely needed since there's no air conditioning and no way to provide air flow otherwise. We opened windows at night and angled the fans into the bedroom. The cranks on some of the windows were hard to operate and I imagine those with arthritis in their hands or with average muscle strength would find them impossible to open. One downside was that the master bedroom was located right next to the stairs and the noise of anyone going up or down was pretty loud. We were in Rendezvous and the condo would have comfortably accommodated our family of 5. I would rent from JHRL in the future. As an aside, if you are looking for local restaurants, the Mangy Moose was good and Bubba's BBQ in Jackson was excellent. Avoid Calico at all costs - the overpriced, subpar, small portions were a disappointment.

Who gets welcomed by a gentle giant of a moose when they arrive to their vacation home?! I was transfixed and mesmerized by his peaceful presence, but that spirit permeated our entire experience for the week. Our home was warm and inviting and allowed our family the chance to breathe in the nature of our surroundings and connect on a much deeper level than we have had in quite some time as we are spread throughout the country. The property was perfectly appointed for our every need, but the hot tub and fire pit became our late night gathering place for sharing. Our last night together, we made a promise to return to recapture the magic.

We cannot be more grateful to JHRL for providing the utmost in service in their willingness and kindness in catering to our family. On a scale of ten, JHRL is a twenty!

Great location at the condo we rented in Wilson WY!

We stayed tram tower 3505. Beautiful home and amazing location ski in ski out. But the home had so many things that were broken, or didn t work, or needed to be updated. For the rental price of the home, everything should be in tip top shape where the renter shouldn t have to worry about a thing and is constantly delighted. I would avoid until the owners invested in the property.

Every aspect of this stay with Jackson Hole Resort Lodging was excellent. They are informative, accomodating, professional, and welcoming. We could not have been more pleased with the lodging and location for our first time stay. We were in Nez Perce. We highly recommend JHRL!

We booked last minute trip to Jackson Hole. Our Granite Ridge property was perfect!

Our stay was perfect. The location was excellent for driving to Jenny Lake, fishing the Snake River, & visiting Jackson Hole. Beds were super comfortable & it was very quiet. We hope to return.

The condo was quaint, and quiet! It's convenient to the amenities of Jackson, but far enough away to feel cozy and close to nature. The market associated with the property is fabulous! The building itself is a bit dated, but not so much to detract from my stay.

The staff at Jackson Hole Resort Lodging has been extremely responsive and provide a quality product for rentals.

Beautiful setting and well kept condo. Clean and up to date. Bonus had a moose and her calf outside in our parking lot on 2 mornings of our stay! Relaxing and invigorating place to vacation and recharge.

Burnt out lightbulbs in dining area and in bathroom, big rolls in carpet (needs to be stretched), multiple electric outlets don t hold plugs and need to be replaced, decor is in massive need of an update, TV is literally in the master closet?!?

Alarm clock, unbeknownst to us, was set to go off at midnight which led to a panicked what the hell is going on first night?!?! Overall, it s an embarrassing condo for such a nice area.

We stayed in unit B-4 in Nez Perce lodging.

Positives: ski in/out, free shuttles to village, great use of lay out space for the rooms, wood fireplace with free wood, cozy furniture, big screen TV. The couch is awesome! A bag of free local coffee supplied that lasts about 5 days(3 cups a day)

Negatives: Very out dated in entire apartment, electrical plugs are worn out and some don t let you charge anything, majority of the light switches don t do anything except one for the dining room, kitchen and hall way the rest are useless, there is very few lamps so very dark in living room bedrooms and bathrooms. Floors and ceilings are thin so constant hearing of people walking around from wee hours of the AM to the evening, people leave their dog in the apartment unattended so it barks a lot of the time, Quality of bathrooms is old style and cheap, no recycling bins in apartment, TV is crooked, The dishwasher does not fit properly in its space one must push it in to close it, need more plates and wooden or plastic high heat resistant cooking utensils, people have messed up the nonstick pots and pans because owners left some metal utensils in the kitchen(throw them out if you are not using metal pots and pans!!) missing a lettuce spinner, and a good coffee machine(the one they have is a joke-does not allow to pour properly), WiFi is terrible and is not consistent.

Staff is responsive and the accommodations were clean and well stocked.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The condo was immaculately clean, it was just the perfect size for a couple, and it was convenient to the town of Jackson Hole and the Grand Tetons National Park. We definitely recommend it!

We had a great family vacation at Teton Village! The Fisher house met our needs exactly. We enjoyed the National Parks by day and returned to the spacious, well equipped home each evening for family time. The property management team was excellent to work with and very responsive.

We had a great stay at Teton village. Nice quiet and well equipped condo. Two couples stayed comfortably without feeling cramped. Lots of excellent things to see and do. We went on the cable car which gives amazing views of the snake river. It is a 20 min drive to Jackson and 35 min to the airport.

Top tips eat at the Gun barrel steak restaurant. See the sunset over the Tetons from Glacier view Turnout. Visit schwabacher's landing for a great mirror pic of the Tetons.

our condo was very dated especially the kitchen. I would say from the 1980s. The curtains are no longer properly hung, the stove was not level making for difficult cooking also the dishwasher was not level which made for interesting loading. the washer is located below the heating unit so the lid can only be opened partially which made for difficult loading and unloading. several of the tv/dvd remotes had no or dead batteries. the condo above us was being renovated so there was constant loud noises and several times a very strong odor of what was probably some type of glue. in addition parking was an issue. several times upon our return there were no spaces available. my husband has very limited mobility and there were no disabled parking spaces. the only positive comment I can make is that it was clean.

so good. we stayed in Wind River condos and they exceeded our expectations. The resort pays attention to the details in ensuring that guests have their expectations met

Our house was incredible! Fully stocked with amazing cookware and a clean and steamy hot tub. I can't wait to go back!

I booked two condos with Jackson Hole Resort Lodging. Windriver 2 and Windriver 12 for a total of 14 guests. We split 7 and 7 in each condo. The condos are across from each other and worked perfectly for our group. You're able to walk just a couple minutes to the Moose Creek lift to get on the mtn. A couple minutes down the road is the sundance club where the hot tubs are. We had a blast there. The location is great as our group was primarily there to ski. We did uber into town two of our four nights, which does get pricey. There is also a condo shuttle that will take you from the base back to the condo. I really thought each condo was equipped well and was very spacious for our groups. I thought Windriver 2 was a bit nicer as far as decor and furniture go. Definitely recommend and I would definitely rebook with them. Everything was easy and the customer service was GREAT! From booking to checking in. I'm so thankful for such a great experience!

Had to change reservations at the last minute due to half our party not being able to travel with us. Jackson Hole Lodging was very accommodating. They were quick to respond to any questions. The new condo was beautiful, extremely clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. We stayed at a condo in Teton Village and were very pleased with the area and location. A little out of town of downtown Jackson, but a perfect location for a quiet and peaceful stay.

We stayed in Nez Perce D2. It was perfect! It has a king bed, two bunk beds that can sleep 6 kids, and two single beds. The layout is awesome, there s a patio to walk out to the snow, the den is comfy, and the wood burning fireplace was the point to gather around as a family every night after skiing. We had a couple minor maintenance issues that were handled by the time we returned from skiing the next day. We couldn t be happier, and we can t wait to return to the same condo next year!

We loved our stay. The peace and quiet was what we wanted. We had a moose visit one evening, he left his calling card! Our rooms were everything we wanted, comfortable and well furnished.

This was a great home base for us to explore Jackson as well as both national parks.

We stayed in the Aspens Condos near Teton Village during our first trip to the Grand Tetons and the accommodation did not disappoint. The corner townhouse had plenty of room for our party of five - each of us had our own bed. We were able to stargaze at night right from our parking lot and JHRL stocked us up with pretty much everything we needed - shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee, laundry detergent, extra blankets and pillows. I would not hesitate to stay in a JHRL accommodation again in the future when I visit the Grand Tetons again.

We booked a last-minute summer getaway and the salesperson was so helpful and quick to assist us in finding a wonderful place. We stayed at Moose Creek in Teton Village and the home was beautiful and so spacious, perfect for our large family. The resort itself is gorgeous. We are excited to return again next year.

The rooms were very clean and neat. Covienent location. The only issues were wifi wasn't consistent and dryer didn't fully dry clothes.

Our condo was very clean and comfortable! The beds felt great. We had everything we needed stocked there, down to hand sanitizer. Very good location between Teton Park and Jackson. The drive to Tetons is beautiful! Would highly recommend.

Amazing property, gourmet kitchen, home was in a beautiful setting. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress free visit to Jackson Hole. Wyoming. We will be back next year!!
